Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes before someone asked is what we wanted, I had to ask them to turn on the light for the menu, wa told the manager was turning them back on. After 10 minutes we looked the menu up online. They didn’t have most of the items and we were told they were not cooking anymore. Mind you there were cars behind us and it was still 45 minutes till closing. Very rude. They needed enough food for everyone so they gave very small portions, probably half of what they normally give.

Went through the drive through requested two items, a rice bowl and a three piece plate, two items were needed to be made fresh, so asked to wait up front. Waited thirty minutes to find out they gave our food away or never made it. The manager was there but quickly sneaked out to avoid the responsibility. Was told I had a wait another 15 minutes to get the full items I requested. Was unable to wait and reimburation was refused.

I normally have great experiences at this location and have dealt with very friendly employees, which is why this stood out so much. Unfortunately, my visit was negatively impacted by an employee named Andy G. I was given a very small chow mein portion and politely asked if a tiny bit more could be added, and I was told no and that I would need to buy an extra box. When I asked for an extra fortune cookie, I was ignored and dismissively told to “have a good day” receipt in my face. His attitude was rude and unwelcoming, and it felt like he shouldn’t be working in a front-facing customer service role.

This has now happened twice, but last night was the last straw. I placed a mobile order and went to collect through the drive thru, which I’ve done MULTIPLE times at multiple locations. We get there and notify the drive through employee about this and she stated “let me check on that for you.” Comes back about a minute later and states it’s ready but they’re waiting on fresh rice and if we could pull to the front of the store and she’d bring it out. She even asked for the color and make of my vehicle to ensure she’d get it to the correct place. We pull around and notice there’s two other vehicles up front waiting on their meals. Bare in kind, they’re not even busy inside, maybe saw 5-6 people the whole time we sat there. We noticed after about 15 minutes that the two cars next to us got their food and drove off. I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and waited another 10 minutes. At that point I go inside, stand there for 5 minutes waiting for one of the 6 employees who were working the front / drive thru to notice me. Finally, I’m assuming the manager walks up and asks me what I need. I told her I have an online order to pickup. She handed it to me and I let her know that I came to pick this up in the drive thru almost half an hour ago and was instructed it would be brought out to my vehicle and that never happened. All she had to say in response was “Have a good night.” This location needs some serious management training and changes with their employees. It’s a very busy location and they don’t seem to care about upsetting and frustrating customers.

Food is solid and the spring rolls are always great! Everytime we go they give us a few extra fortune cookies and it’s greatly appreciated. This place is a weekly “late night stop”

I got home after a long day at work. I wanted something easy for dinner. So decided to stop into the panda on happy valley. And when I got home the loaded me up on noodles, even went as far as putting noodles where the protein should have been. Only to give me six pieces maybe even less on my place. I was pissed for the amount of money I spend. I wish I would have known before driving off and making it home. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME ALL 3 TIMES I WENT AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY THINKING IT MIGHT BE WORTH IT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I wish I had the option to post a Pic with the post.

I’m done with them after years of eating at panda. They close at 11pm ,I drive up at around 9:45pm. For the umteenth time they stopped cooking early so they don’t even have their new menu item (shrimp and steak) and won’t make it either. If you run a damn restraint then you need to fulfill the menu!!!

This place has seriously just crumbled miserably from what it used to be. Literally just left drive thru about 20 minutes ago. Sat at the menu to order for about 3 mins before I was acknowledged, had to repeat my order 4 times because the guy taking it was too busy doing something else other than listening to my order and then after receiving my order (very simple, mind you; just a Panda Bowl with Fried Rice and Orange Chicken) I get back to the office (less then a mile from Panda) to eat it and the rice is basically mush and the chicken very very soggy and lukewarm. I bit into a piece and found that it was chewy and had a weird taste. When I looked down the piece of chicken I had bitten into was STILL RAW. I cut into a few more pieces to find the same. Absolutely disgusting. Waste of $12. This place is a joke now. Hopefully I don’t fall ill.

Panda is right by our house. It’s pretty good. Consistent. It’s so-so for customer service. They aren’t that friendly snd I’ve been going here since it opened -10 years ish. Other than that the food is pretty tasty for fast food. I love honey shrimp and mushroom chicken. There is an option for veggies instead of rice or chow main. Lots of delish veggies.

They have 5 people working the drive through and 1 helping the inside line with just as many people if not more.
Got a chowmein bowl with orange chicken. She (black shirt so a manager I believe) scooped enough to maybe feed my 5 year old. I mentioned it to her and she said she’s instructed to give a “heaping” scoop. Maybe the definition of heaping has changed but this seems ridiculous.
The bowls now costs over $9. Panda Express used to be a place you could get value for your money but this has been my experience over and over recently
