I ordered broccoli beef and white rice and I called cuz they didn’t put it in my order and the associate kept arguing with me and saying that they did I tried to call and make the order right and they wouldn’t make the order right they said they couldn’t do anything about it. There was nothing they could do and I had told her the order was already paid for and she just kept arguing with me that there was nothing that she could do and I think that’s just bad customer service on panda

Put in an online order. Showed up on time to get it. Waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. Then waited 45 minutes to get my food. They didn’t give us chow mein for 2 of the meals, didn’t give us sauces even though it’s on the receipt that we wanted them, and didn’t even consult me about changing items in our order.

Order online from here frequently. Today went in and my order was ready, they avoided eye contact with me for 15 minutes to hand my my food which took literally 10 seconds. Then the lady rudely says “you’re welcome” yes thank you for avoiding eye contact with me for 15 minutes and then you graciously decided to do your job. Wasted my time and then was way rude.

Came here two weeks ago, terrible service, food was ice cold, staff was rude. came back tonight for another try, and as soon as i walked in they informed me that “this is all we have” with an hour to close. Over half of the menu items were gone. We just drove 20 minutes to just walk right out. So unacceptable.

Food is ok but their management is RIDICULOUSLY HORRIBLE. It was a busy Saturday and there was a lot of costumers that witnessed an argument between a manager and a simple employee on how she’s not working enough when they’re all doing the best they can.
