Ordered catering from this facility. Received a message that my food was ready 2 hours before I ordered it. Went to get it, and they were super upset that I came early. Nothing was ready and I had to wait until my time anyways. ALSO, ordered shrimp for $57 and received less then half of a container. I understand shrimp is expensive but I paid for a full tray. See pic very unhappy with this service.

This particular location I struggle specifically with the chow mein. I’m at the point where I’m ready to give up and stop ordering from panda, but my husband loves it, so this is me asking… begging you, please stop cutting the chow mein with SO MUCH CABBAGE. I understand it’s in it- I’m not asking to change the recipe. I’m asking to follow the recipe (unless somehow, I’m the only unlucky one 1-2 times a month that gets a full bowl of cabbage and barely any noodles.)
I’m attaching a picture to show the cabbage. I literally ate all of the noodles out. To be clear, this is a bowl, so the entree and noodles were also in this bowl before being consumed and this is how much is left.

Over all kind of a meh experience, placed an order online, waited for over an hour in store without an employee even acknowledging my existence. Time came and went for my order to be ready only to have an employee who doesn’t know how to use their voice to basically whisper and ask if I was in the store. She didn’t address all of the folks in line waiting for online orders, completely ignoring about 60% of the customers waiting for the delayed online. Food is decent this location always does well with consistency but waiting for a long time and getting lukewarm food after being ignored for over an hour kinda leaves a bitter experience. But I do request that the company takes the time to assist and set the staff up for success, maybe a screen that the customers can see for when their order is ready, a spot that keeps the delayed or online orders warm, and a bigger kitchen so the employees can easily move around one another and be able to apply the hustle that most had but was kept contained by the room they had available.

Our online order did NOT go though. We received an email saying the store did not receive the order and it would be refunded. No big deal, so we went through the line instead and told the employee, Trinity, and she said sorry it didn’t work and was super helpful about it. Fun to talk to and hooked us up with a small side as a sorry! 10/10! Have loved this panda location for YEARS it’s the best one!

I ordered on the app for my lunch at work. Said it would be done at 7:50pm my husband got it for me so I wouldn’t waste my 30 mins. Well it was about 20 mins late! I was so upset that I didn’t have time to eat my food. The person my husband talk to didn’t care and said the food wasn’t done. But why did it say in the app that it was done? Dont make sense. So im not going to be using there app any more. Probably won’t go in as much now. It’s not the first time either.

Super Greens are now cooked when ordered. I preferred them to sit under the light for a long time and cook more as I don’t like raw broccoli and they always undercook them even when you ask them to overcook them. The other items are good as normal. This location is slowly getting worse, like most Panda locations.

It’s Friday night and this place is busy. The staff are making online orders a priority instead of the people that decide to come to eat at the restauran. The line of people wraps around from the ordering counter to the back door. There are mire than 25 people waiting to place an order. Online orders are tge ataffs priority. Have been waiting for over 15 minutes to get to place my order. Horrible.

I came in New Year’s Eve they were packed . Like line around the corner . The entire staff was working their tales off ! They were kind and I really appreciated the amazing service . One Lady stood out above the rest Trinity , thank you for your amazing efforts! Keep up the good work . Obviously the management has it going on !

When we first arrived we knew there would be a wait for chow mein. They sat our food plates to the side by the register waiting for chow mein, which is more than understandable. But once they happened to get more chow mein they just started zipping out mobile orders for 20 minutes straight constantly walking past our order while making eye contact with us in the lobby and our written plates showing what was still needed. They continued to accept orders from the lobby customers that came in and ordered the chow mein we were still missing and got him out in less than 2 minutes. So that was when we lost it and went up to ask nicely, then they seemed to be surprised that they had forgotten even though we watched them make eye contact with our order upwards of 10 times. I understand sometimes just forgetting an order but this was just pure neglect and poor use of any common sense in a restaurant setting.
