This location is okay. Every time I come it’s usually not stellar. The employees aren’t necessarily cheerful or mean. Just not customer service oriented; but the place is clean. The design of the location is also great. I like Pandas newer building designs. My reason for the rating is just that I found PLASTIC in my food when eating.

Tonight was an absolute awful experience, food was poorly prepared, service was horrendous and my order was completely wrong! On top of that they didn’t even give me my change. It could have been better if a single employee would have been paying attention, but every single one was laughing at each other. The store was a mess trash can was so full you couldn’t add any more to it. Terrible experience will not be back.

Service is ok, they weren’t very busy, but it still took awhile to be served. Food is really hit and miss. This time the chow mein was tasteless, but with teriyaki sauce it was ok. The teriyaki chicken serving bowl was full of scraps, and there was abwit to get anything fresh. Most entre’s were empty or nearly so.

My wife and I love eating here! The food is delicious, the employees are always kind, and the price for the quantity of food is tremendous! And another big bonus is that the majority of their food options are gluten free (from what we can find online)! Great place for a great price!

The food was cold. When brought to the manager’s attention, he was rude and disrespectful, stating the food in the line was hot, and then he asked how long ago we bought it. We made our selections, which were put on Panda plates, not to- go containers, and waited for someone to come check us out, then we went to a table to eat.

If you open at 11, you should have all the food ready to go at 11 and not 45 minutes after “because the white rice takes 45 minutes to cook” and you started it when you opened. Also they were not ready for three othe dishes. Poor management and execution.

Every single time i come to panda they make me pull over to wait for my order like every single time it’s not even a joke, it’s so ridiulous annoying it’s like what the heck is that. i’m done comming to them and there service sucks. the wait is always like 10mins or more.

The walnut shrimp is one of our favorite dishes! Also the cream cheese wontons. Panda has all the greasy goodness of Chinese food but it’s faster and easier to get on the go. Definitely always get what we expect here. I’ve heard good things about how well they pay. The staff is pretty quick and helpful. I would say the one in in Ammon is better than the one by the freeway for sure. The food is always hot and they are more attentive on this side of town.

Second star is for the guy who kept his cool on the phone with me. I called to see if their chicken came pre-cooked due to my vegetables being raw.(it doesn’t) Chicken is pink in the middle “If it’s pink don’t eat it.” I guess I won’t eat it, thank you so much for the waste of time. If y’all checked your reviews you’d also see 2 weeks ago there was undercooked food served. “But at least I am not old, pregnant or have pre existing conditions.” If you are making food every 30 minutes, especially using raw meat maybe check your temps more than every 2 hours. Don’t worry I took the pictures like they asked, just didn’t drive 20 minutes to get to the store that closed in 12.

Food was really good, but the lady that served was really rude, i dont think she was even listening to me, i asked her what was something, she said it was Teriyaki chicken, and served to my plate even tho i didnt ask for it, she got mad and removed it, and served what i wanted, not so friendly people…
