We got into town 30 minutes before they closed. There were very few options on display. When I mentioned this they told me they could make me anything, I would just have to wait. I order my string bean chicken and Beijing beef, and waited. The food was delicious. I think I probably got a bigger portion and it was all so fresh. (I only gave them 3 stars for atmosphere because my arm stuck to the table while I was waiting)

My husband is non-verbal so it takes us longer to order. We had 3 different people ask us if we needed help ordering. I told them more than once he was non-verbal. They tried to get us to hurry with our order. And then we had to wait several minutes for the egg rolls. AND we were not given any sauces. Wow!! Terrible service!

Hate leaving negative reviews but this was bad. The girl confirmed my order, was given the wrong entree (ate it anyway) and the teriyaki chicken was awful. Hard and super salty. The guy at the window asked twice if I wanted sauce, said no. Didn’t realize that meant no utensils! Lol, good thing I had a fork in my car. I only eat out after long hours plus a long commute so if the food is wrong, I won’t turn around.

This review is based on multiple visits to this location over the last year and pretty much having the same horrible experience every time. Staff are pleasant enough but the overall service is atrocious for the type of restaurant they are. Having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for basic items on their menu seems ridiculous. Also having to wait at the counter for up to 10 minutes while 3 or 4 associates with headphones buzz around filling up containers is frustrating because you are seeing the items you want disappear knowing that there are no replacements being prepared so when they finally get to you it’s another long wait! Portions are smaller than in every other Panda I have been in as well. Will consider driving the 40 miles down the interstate to the next location if I have the urge for this food, which is good but will probably not stop by this one ever again.

Every single time we have gone to the Burley location the service is SLOOOOW, food is old or completely out, and over priced. I get that occasionally things run out, but this is everytime I have been there. They don’t have enough staff to adequately take orders, prepare orders, and actually cook the food so the options are always gone. Another terribly frustrating thing is the person in charge of checking you out for your food is always pulled away so your food sits there on the counter for 10-15 minutes while you wait to be checked out which results in even older and colder food. Service here is bad , I was here at 9 on a Saturday and there was no one in line but me . Yet everyone was avoiding to serve me and kept looking at who would serve me . As I finally was able to get food after and had to wait until they decide to see who would work the register. Unfortunately this is the only Panda in Burley . Might have to start driving to twin falls for better service.

I got the spicy shrimp which had a funny taste to it I think it was the sauce I also got the chow mien which was good. Oh and the honey shrimp was delicious. We did go in to order it was a wait time. My husband got the fried rice and the orange chicken he enjoyed it. The chicken and veggie egg rolls were OK.
