I know it’s fast food. I know it’s “Chinese.” But when I’m craving orange chicken and some good chow mein , this is my go-to spot every time . The cheese wontons are a MUST as well
If you’re ever by the Mesa Mall ️ and want something fast + fresh ⏱️✨, this is my spot
Just my opinion—don’t take it personal (And yes… I still love China Pantry too! ❤️ )

The quality in food has gone down so bad. As well as the customer service. Went to the drive thru can’t even order without the rude little girl keeps asking is that it is that it every time I would order one item. She seemed so annoyed I wanted more than one meal. When I pulled up to pay she wouldn’t stop glaring at me. I got the most simple things too all the same but one plate. When I got home the chow mein was nothing but onions and random veggies literally no chow mein. I didn’t know ordering chow mein meant a bowl of veggies. Won’t ever come back it’s such a waste of money and time

We door dashed the bigger plate to my hospital room. Portions were easily enough for 2 for lunch. Got orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef and fried rice. It was a nice treat while recovering from surgery.

Panda Express started loosing his food quality. I don’t know because it’s on big demand or trying to be cheep. My fried rice came with nothing except rice and few green onions. That’s it. No eggs or carrots on it. Again, loosing quality…

I’m very happy that Panda has come to town! I like that you can see them prepare the food and that you can see the vegetables cut up, etc. I usually get chow mein and super greens with orange chicken and beef with broccoli, but I mix it up sometimes. He usually gets fried rice, super greens and orange chicken and Beijing beef.
We use the app to order (rewards program) and then pick it up inside the restaurant.
We come here on Wednesdays for a cheat meal! And, we’re only allowed two cheat meals per week, so that should tell you something.

This is a new Panda for the area/ town, so it was busy. Overall, I had a GOOD experience. The PQQ at P.E. usually leans in favor of the customer, and here it continues. Price per Quantity can be subjective based on the server, on this day or servers are extra generous. Due to the business though, they seemed more stressed, less willing to answer questions. The Quality and flavors made all of my stress go away. I look forward to my next trip to to Grand Junction as this will now be a mandatory eatery for me every visit. I love me some Panda.

First off never pull forward if you’re in the drive-through waited for 25 minutes kept on being told don’t worry we’re working on your food. That was their line for the last 20 minutes then to add to wasting your time the only way they would cover anything is oh we can give you an appetizer after waiting 35 minutes we asked for our money back

Ask for a tooth pick and try all the combos with a sample, get all the options and fixes you crave at Panda. Service is faster with walk-in or take-out. If you can’t wait until the hype fades off or plan on waiting upwards of 45 minutes at drive-thru. I did take-out and it took me about 15 minutes from the time I parked. Food was fresh staff was friendly. Happy to have another option when eating out. If for some reason at all you’re not happy with your portions, say something they will be happy to give you more.

I’ve only eaten here a number of times and it’s not because the food isn’t good-it is, but the service is awful. I’ve worked in a drive through, I’ve worked customer service, I get it. However-not acknowledging me at all? That is crazy. I waited at the drive through, I backed up a little thinking maybe I didn’t trigger the system for their head set, waited again, even turned off my car incase it was too loud. I spoke to the speaker, my fiancé did as well, and radio silence. We pulled up to the window and MANY employees were there. Lights on. People inside. Here’s a honest question I have for Panda Express as they bring a new location to Clifton- are you going to work on the importance of customer service? Or the convenience of being the only food chain in that particular area that serves this cuisine.

Food has always been good, however the quality has gone down significantly. Just ordered Panda Express…. Every bite of orange chicken AND beef was quite undercooked, and after a few more bites there was an entire strand of hair in my chicken.
