shrimp was soggy crust and old, chowmain was flavorless, teriyaki was dry with no sauce. and last I knew you got 4 rangoo per order and 2 spring Roles an order so how come we got 3 rangoo and 1 roll but were charged full price for both. granted I haven’t been to this particular store before but all the rest of them charge the same price for the same amount. not to mention we were not greeted when we walked in and stood there for 6 mins before anyone even acknowledged us.

They must have moved to a different building, several reviews mention a drive-thru that does not exist. There’s plenty of parking, the store is clean, and the food is fresh. But there’s no drive-thru anymore.

As always Panda express in Colorado Springs also amazed us with their food. This little outlet had some great asian foods. We took the large plate with three entres and a side. Taste wise they were good and had lot of option to choose from staffs were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone

The food was great, but Angie was the best part of our experience here. She was so welcoming and kind, it’s clear that she takes pride in her work and serves customers joyfully. Such a sweetheart!

Chow Mein contained no noodles, only vegetables. Honey sesame chicken was over cooked, dry and was mostly string beans, maybe 6 pieces of chicken. Fried rice was more like fried peas and carrots. I spoke with the manager to request a refund for the abysmal food quality and was told it wasn’t possible to refund my money. What a massive disappointment this store is.

I only eat at this restaurant 1 to 2 times per year to treat myself. I won’t be returning to this particular one. The chow mein noodles are hard and undercooked, the orange chicken was spicy but bland, and the teriyaki was just wrong. I couldn’t decide what about it wasn’t right. It’s too bad. Hopefully, they were just having a bad day. The two people serving looked like they wanted to be anywhere else and never actually smiled.

Not one employee was wearing gloves or washing hands on between handling different foods (frozen to cooked, vegetables to meat) and cash/payments. When asked if they were required to wear them, she responded, ‘no, not anymore. And went from taking our payment to assembling the next order without washing hands. This is how sickness spreads! Dirty!

We stopped going to this Panda Express several years ago, and apparently not much has changed. The food is still below average; rice tasted undercooked, the Orange chicken was tough; and the fountain drinks were all over-carbonated and not drinkable. Staff just can’t bring themselves to smile or welcome customers. We were only able to eat half of the meal provided due to its low quality. Way too expensive for a fast food Chinese meal served on styrofoam containers with cheap utensils (No spoons provided). We won’t be back… again.

I love coming to panda express, but lately the locations have become stingy and this has made the experience not very enjoyable. You ask for a cup for ice here’s a child’s size cup. You want a entree you paid a extra dollar fifty for we’ll sort of fill it and if you make a comment become rude or ignore you. I understand working in fast food service but customer service should come first always. I didn’t even get fortune cookies with our food.

Took a bite of some orange chicken only to find it feeling weird and chewy in my mouth. Spit it out only to find this. Never had raw chicken before, can’t tell if it’s raw or not but the taste and the texture was awful compared to other chicken I’ve had
