First experience trying out this brand new Panda Express. My wife’s online order was incorrect as it was missing the shrimp and fried rice. Called in the issue and had to go back to get the shrimp and rice. It wasn’t prepared when I returned and had to explain it to the cashier. There was no apology by the manager or any apology by the cashier as she got and bagged the two missing items. We did speak to the manager Paul, when I got home the second time, who did apologize and offered a free meal the next time we come in.

Nice location and friendly staff. My order was running a little behind, and the employee offered me a drink while I waited. I like the order status monitor above the pickup station. My order was accurate, nicely packed, and of course the food was delicious.

My first experience at this newly opened location was decent. The staff was friendly enough but definitely seems like they are still trying to get a handle on everything. The food was also only alright with the rice being a bit dried out and the dinning room could have been a bit cleaner. Overall I’m hopeful that this location will improve given more time.

NOT very good tonight. Went to Panda in Falcon. The food was not up to par. The teriyaki chicken didn’t look grilled. It looked boiled. Whomever was working didn’t even slice the chicken they just slopped it into the plate. the chicken was a soggy, clump nasty mess. The rice looked gross..was NOT edible at all. The food was good. Service needs some work. Staff was more interested in socializing than serving. There was not a huge line, so we were a little put off by that. Even when being helped, they were more interested in other things. Otherwise, We got our food, and it is what was expected.

Food was good as usual but the cleanliness of the lobby was atrocious. I even had to wipe down my own table. I guess making money is more important than a clean lobby. Quick question as well: the people in the black shirt are “supervisors” I take it? Well during my entire meal in your lobby, a young lady in a black shirt, hat, headset and glasses was USELESS. She stood around the whole time barely lifting a finger. She could’ve cleaned your lobby but I guess being a black shirt she’s too good to do ANYTHING.

Fantastic customer service, the employees are very nice and have often given me an item on the house. The food is always good, if there’s a mistake its quickly fixed. I’m a regular and haven’t had a bad experience yet. One of my all time favorite restaurant chains.
