I am really disappointed with Panda. I tried several different locations, hoping to find one that cooked with better balance, but every single branch had the same problem: the food is overwhelmingly salty.
The excessive use of salt not only ruins the natural flavor of the dishes but is also harmful to health — high sodium intake can increase blood pressure and damage the kidneys over time.
Good food should be balanced and enjoyable, not drowned in salt. Sadly, Panda failed to deliver this at every location I visited. I truly hope they will reconsider their recipes and adjust the seasoning so customers can enjoy a proper meal without worrying about their health.

Why is the chicken teriyaki always burnt? I ordered twice, two months apart, both times were burnt. Had to cut burnt pieces off.

This restaurant has gone down hill. The service is slow and most of the employees are not friendly. The food is dry and not as good as it used to be. We asked for the warm teriyaki sauce for the chicken but they “didn’t make any that day” so we had to use the thick packaged sauce. The restaurant is always dirty – drink area and tables are never wiped down and trash is overflowing. The restrooms are dirty as well and need to be updated.

Food was good. One poor girl doing all the work, with a huge line – while everyone else is cleaning up 45 minutes before closing. Manager is useless, and “Joe needs to go” incredibly rude to me and other customers. He needs to stay far away from customers. Keep Joe in the back.

Store opens at 10. Store is still.closed at 1015. Came over on my lunch break. Now have to return to work with no food. Staff members giving blank looks through the gate.

Rude staff that seem to think customers are an inconvenience. Hours are posted for opening at 10 am. Currently 10min past 10 am and they still have the gate down. Ty for wasting my time for lunch break.

tldr; If you want to place a pick up order use a Third Party app not the Panda Express app expect to way awhile if you do.
Food was good which wasn’t all that surprising to me. My issue and the reason I am rating so low is only because I waited 40 mins for my food after my pick up time. Doordash/GrubHub seemed to have no issues coming in and picking up there order but my order I placed through the Panda Express app took 40 mins after the pickup time to be given to me.
I have had this happen before but figured it was a one off occurrence, apparently not.

Sucks! Portion sucks! This location sucks. The store manager is super unfriendly. Staff is slow. Couldn’t figured out how to give good portion of the food and we pay 11 dollars for 3 bits!?!? Get your stuff together!

Wish I could leave a review about the food, but after waiting 10 minutes while the employees only focused on door-dash order, I left. I stood in a line of four people at the ordering point, but the workers were only staring at printed receipts placed on the counter, filling them one by one, ignoring us. Not enough workers, I assume. Seriously, after 10 minutes, we left and went to a different place.
