I usually love Panda Express, but this location failed to meet basic standards. First, the food presentation was a mess; everything was tossed together without care. More importantly, the staff needs to be professional and respectful toward foreign customers who don’t speak perfect English. Being ignored or treated as ‘unimportant’ is unacceptable. Every customer matters regardless of their nationality. I do not recommend this location until they improve their service and inclusion.

This experience was pretty good! The food was hot and fresh. I love the spice level of the chicken and the beef I got. The lady taking the order was a little confused but was still super nice. She filled my plate up a ton. I will definitely be coming back for more!

It was your typical apañada Express food items but that is why I visited. The Orange Chicken was spot on but the Honey Walnut Shrimp was lacking in flavor and walnuts.
The customer in front of me got upset because she saw the staff take some noodles out of here bowl and put them back. The manager decided to have a heard conversation with the staff member in front of the whole restaurant instead of having it behind the scene. The customer was still in the restaurant while this was going on. It was uncomfortable to listen to while eating. The staff member was apologetic and first but became flippant as the conversation drug on. I would not last long with the manager as she just did everything wrong in handling the situation.
The same manager came back 5 minutes later ranting about everybody cleaning out their lockers and not storing stuff there permanently. This would have been handled better at a shift meeting when there were no customers in the store. Their are issues here with staffing and they stem from a poor manager.

Service here is deeply disappointing. First, the pace for dine-in orders is incredibly slow—they seem to prioritize take-out orders above all else. Initially, I was told the Beijing Beef would take “just a minute.” After waiting five minutes in line, I was told to check out, and they’d call my name once it was ready. Mind you, there were only a handful of customers and around eight employees in the store.
After paying and stepping aside, the cashier then mentioned it would take an additional seven minutes. This was after I’d already waited five minutes just to be told to wait even longer. The overall lack of urgency and coordination from the staff is frustrating, to say the least.

I got violently sick after eating at this Panda Express. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Sesame Chicken and ended up with severe food poisoning symptoms, including projectile vomiting. The food didn’t seem fresh, and the experience was honestly frightening.
I’d recommend avoiding these items until their food safety improves.

Orange chicken was good. Chow mein was absolutely dry, plain and tasteless. Sweet fire was dry, no sauce and non edible. I’ve never had an experience like this at panda. This place should not serve food, or replace management.
If you want to spend your money on non edible food, be my guest. Place is sick.

This location is an absolute hot mess. The food quality is hit or miss as well as portion sizes. I notice that the management seems to change ever couple of months, which might have to do with the inconsistency. If I were still a corporate manager, Id probably get rid of the area manager. Switching management staff on the regular isn’t normal and can impact a customer return rate. It also seems like corporate visits a lot and the only outcome seems to be employees being yelled at from the back. Yes, your customers can hear you.

Highly disappointed in the management here. Did not even get a full scoop and was being pushed through without even let me talk with her. When I asked for a manager, it was the same lady, Ana. Apparently is a new manager but really has no business being in that role. The GM Devy was just as bad. This place needs an overhaul. Thoroughly disappointed. They both need a a class in customer service and Leadership. One positive was the guy who checked me out, Eli. Took the time to listen. He should be promoted.
