I come here 4x a month at least. I had my first bad food the other day and they made it right immediately the next day! Always love this place

I just went to the highlands ranch Panda Express and ordered broccoli beef with white rice. I’m not one to write reviews but I received a good amount of white rice, about 5 pieces of broccoli, and 2 pieces of beef the size of my thumb nail. I went through the drive through and the cashier was very nice, but the amount of meat I got was not worth the price at all. 2 stars because the cream cheese rangoons were good and there was a good portion of rice. But barely any meat for $13 is wild.

I’m not one to write reviews. In fact, I’m pretty sure this is the first review I’ve ever wrote but this location is awful. I showed up for a pickup order to which they told me I would have to wait an extra ten minutes for broccoli and beef. No big deal, I would rather have it fresh anyways. I got home with my food just to see the entirety of my chow mein was only cabbage. I could count the number of noodles on one hand. This was not the first time this has happened so I took the extra time to drive back arriving at 8:30 to find their doors locked. Google says they close at 9:30pm. I voiced my frustration to which the manager (Devy) said she could give me free store credit and that they only had rice left and I could have that. I said I would take the fried rice and credit but questioned why they couldn’t make new chow mein with there still supposed to be an hour before close. By this time two other guests walked in to which the manager Devy continued to tell them they were closed and there was no food left. Me, and the two other guest proceeded to tell her it wasn’t closing time and she was trying to close early to which she continuously denied. I left frustrated with what I thought was my fried rice just to get home and see it was white rice instead…awful location, awful management, awful service.

Panda Express in Highland Ranch is always a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal. The food is fresh, portions are generous, and the staff is friendly. I particularly love their orange chicken and the vegetable sides. It’s the perfect spot for a fast, satisfying lunch with great service. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you’d expect from a Panda; good food, good portions, and happy kids— with an added bonus of nice weather and an outside seating area so the dogs were happy too.

You all were were slammed tonight, but the friendliness of the girl in the drive through and the quality of the food was still spot on.
Thank you.

I stopped by Panda Express right before closing and was really impressed with the service. Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even though it was the end of the night. She was patient, accommodating, and made me feel welcome instead of rushed. The food was fresh, and her positive attitude really stood out. Great customer service like that is rare these days—thank you, Amy, for making the experience such a good one!

After not going to a Panda Express for years, I was suddenly craving it so was excited to have it for dinner. Unfortunately, the beef and broccoli I ordered was 85% broccoli with very little meat. I also ordered 2 orders of crab rangoons to share with my family and only received 1. Also, I’ve attached a picture of the fortune cookie. No fortune and it was an inedible, chewy texture. So disappointing! I will not be back.

Being a DoorDasher I go into this restaurant often. It’s in a really bad area for wireless reception. There is no in-house Wi-Fi to connect to. In order to confirm an order being picked up for delivery, the employees require you to confirm the order before you leave the store, You have to exit the store in order to confirm pickup in the Dasher app and then go back inside to show them that you’ve completed it. Not sure why a busy restaurant in this area does not have Wi-Fi in their store for customers. Very frustrating.

Well this was literally the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I put in an order online, and had to wait at least 10 minutes past the promise time of my order for the only person who was working too stop filling orders of customers who were standing in line and start fulfilling my order. Well when he finally got to my order he filled it with an awful lot of attitude, and didn’t even bother filling it all the way. I paid for more food than I received. I’m pretty sure that that’s a fill line that they were supposed to reach that they didn’t try to.
Poor customer service, skimped on the portion sizes, and attitude from the staff
