We visited Panda Express around 8:30 PM and had a genuinely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the entire dining area was noticeably clean and well-maintained.
While we did have a minor delay—we were informed that fresh food was currently being prepared and would be ready in about five minutes—the service team handled it perfectly. Not only was our order completely accurate when it was served, but we were also proactively offered a free drink for the short wait, which was a very kind gesture.
The staff went above and beyond, offering us extra plates and spoons and checking on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Most importantly, the food was delicious—hot, fresh, and truly excellent value for the money. This location clearly prioritizes both great food and customer care. Highly recommend!

Panda is very consistent and is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They have high protein options that make it a great choice for me. Service is fast & friendly. I almost exclusively use the drive-thru. Thanks Panda Express.

You won’t get what you pay for; there’s always a wait because they don’t plan ahead. Always having to wait for something to be made while the rest of my food sits and gets cold. Staff are consistently unhappy, argumentative, and unprofessional. The place is way overdue for a culture shift and new management. I love Panda, but this location needs to stop worrying about food waste and start focusing on not losing its customers.

Today we went to get food around 3:30 pm. The person filling the plates was in a bad mood. Her tone of voice was very rude. There was no rice, no chow mein, and no teriyaki. We were there because my mother and my baby were very hungry, so we decided to stay. And this woman “thought” we wanted to wait for the chow mein they were going to make (20 minutes). And she left our plates empty while she sold the remaining chow mein. Until I asked why we were waiting? She put some food in my bowl and practically threw it at me. During that time, four families decided to leave because there was no food ready! If you are the owner of this place, you definitely need new employees. Terrible experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. The food was awful.

Decent Chinese food. I must have come in after a crazy rush because they were out of most every entree. The one I wanted was gone and would take only a few minutes to cook. Normally not an issue but there were little to no alternatives. The food is cooked fresh and is decent for the money.

I will start by saying most of the employees at this location are wonderful. However I’m confused why at 7 pm there are no prepared entrees. If you’re THAT worried about shrink you’re going to lose out on loyal customers who WANT to spend money here because the options they usually have are not available. If I have to choose between the sad looking last serving of multiple entrees or wait 15 minutes for an entree, Im going to walk out the door.
This is my go-to location, I used to come here twice a month to treat myself but this is no longer a convenient stop for food. Never know what you’re going to get or what you’re going to have to wait for.

Went in to get quick bite to eat got in there and they had no orange chicken or any other foods. I asked how long for orange chicken to be ready they said 30 minutes which is insane. After I got my food the line just got bigger and bigger and bigger and the online order line was even bigger which had any more room inside. I over herder one of the employees say up to an hour for food to be even ready which is insane. I wouldn’t come here tbh

I think this panda express has gone through new management but my experience there has enhanced. I am always greeted when I walk in. Food is always fresh. If not, they’ll offer to make more. Big seating area and clean bathrooms. The male manager knows how to run the store and is extremely friendly

This is probably the best location in CO. My boyfriend and I like to go here for our lunch break and we’re NEVER disappointed. We lovee the hot orange chicken and the veggie spring rolls. in addition to the delicious menu options, we enjoy our short but sweet visit with Tammy. Her customer service is really what keeps us coming back. Thank you panda team!

Unfortunately when we went to this location at 8:50PM… they only had three entrees left out… but they close at 9:30PM??? So over 30 minutes left of a fast food restaurant being open and majority of items already put away and not available. The worker who aided us was very rude and brash. Disappointed by this location… 🙁 be aware if you go closer to closing time they won’t have hardly anything to pick from…
