Ordered string bean chicken with super greens. I was advised it would be a 10 minute wait unless I want the broccoli. I said “no broccoli and I will wait for the green beans.” My meal consisted of 2 teaspoons of chicken, a few green beans, a large stack of broccoli and a few greens. Definitely not what I ordered. AND THE MEAL WAS COLD!! I called five times and there’s no answer. I will not be back there again.

In order to get more than one star, they would have to actually provide the customer with their food. I got into the drive through line at 6pm. Placed my order at 6:16. They said it would be 2.5 minutes until my food was ready and I should pull around to the front where they would run my food out to me. It’s now 6:32 pm and I’m standing in line, inside the store, asking where my food is and it’s still not ready. I asked for a refund and they kept trying to push store credit on me… Finally, I demanded a full refund to my card and the manager had to come out of her little office to do it… She said, “we’ll do better next time.” Lol, there won’t BE a next time, Panda.

There’s one tall dude who’s always friendly and the short dude they brought over is awesome. The old lady who says nothing to her customers and scowls at them is super unprofessional. Waited in line with only one group ahead of me for five minutes and didnt even get acknowledged. For a fast food joint they are damn slow.

For a chinese-american fast food joint, its not a bad place. Americans like sweet stuff and their orange chicken and honey-sesame chicken fits well. They also have good portion-to price raito. Personal opinion its 7/10 for fast food places.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! I am not kidding or exaggerating when I tell you I had the absolute worst fast food experience of life at this place today! I waited in line at the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me for 40 MINUTES! When I finally got to the front drive thru window I told the girl that was asking for payment that I did not want to wait in line any longer and she assured me they would pack up my food right then and there. Guess what, SHE LIED! I then waited 7-8 mins longer for them to hand me my food after I paid for it. And that was after the 40 mins I just waited before that. To the owner: check your cameras for tonight. Your staff are just pissing off all your customers! On top of all this, the food has clearly been sitting there for a while because it was not fresh! I am not kidding when I say I will NEVER come back here again. This has been the worst fast food experience of my entire life by a long shot.

It’s always been a great place until today Monday oct 27 at 1:10. The guy behind the register slammed my food down. I asked him if he was ok. He replied that he didn’t want to be here.
Then today 12/17/25 was going to sit and eat my food but all the empty tables were covered in food. While Michael was leisurely on his laptop. I even commented to my co worker that the other tables were very dirty with in ear shot of Michael. He didn’t even care.

Ordered a bowl, ended up with rice filled to nearly the brim of bowl with thin layer of beef and broccoli on top, mostly broccoli. Flavor was good and tasted fresh. Still payed about 10$ for a bowl of rice after tax. Photo is without the couple bites of beef I actually got.

We waited forever in the drive through and they wouldn’t take our order. It’s not that the drive though was busy: we were the only car there. When we knocked the door, they behaved rudely to us.
After waiting a while, we were forced to go to another store to get our food.
