Went to this Panda Express after craving it for lunch. Service was fine and me and my friend got our order and left. I got two plates and an order of crab rangoons. After me and her were half way through our plates I pulled a Rangoon out of the bag and the first thing I see is an eyelash cluster stuck to the side of it. The bag of rangoons has been in the to-go bag until I pulled it out so it obviously wasn’t from our home. I’m super disappointed and disgusted by this. I usually don’t write reviews but this is just gross.

Came here at 2:40 today. The lady at the front literally gave me 3 pieces of chicken so I asked for more. Than she tried to sneak an a la carte box in my final order when all I asked for was more than 3 pieces of chicken. Then they had to remake my whole order and you know what they give me ? 4 pieces of chicken instead. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied coming here. Panda Express is supposed to give you a good amount of food. Absolutely shameless staff and service. Would love an owner to respond and give me some free meals cause this is absolutely ridiculous…..like you really think this is a good amount of meat ?

The staff was awful and they gave me the smallest portions known to man. One employee got upset that I wanted to wait for Super greens. She rolled her eyes at me and I was being nice to her. The next employee didn’t even say anything to me and got mad at me because I couldn’t see the eggrolls that were being covered by the wontons for some reason. They barely portioned any food onto my bigger plate. I’ve been to many Panda Express restaurants, in and out of Colorado, but this is probably the worst one and I don’t think I can come back here just because of the poor service. Literally 3 pieces of steak and 4 pieces of Beijing beef. Extremely small portions of rice and super greens… I wish I could post a picture 0 stars. It sucks when you were being nice to restaurant employees because of what they go through on a day-to-day basis, but that doesn’t mean you should take it out on a paying customer that’s treating you like a decent human being…

Worst Panda Express in the US!
I thought these chains all followed recipes so they all tastes the same. Panda Express is usually my favorite fast food but this place makes everything so bland, no flavor. I feel sorry for people who think this is Panda Express, it’s usually so good, full of flavor but this place is terrible.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. After after working my 10 hour shift I decided to go to Panda, got there at 8:31. Walked in and was highly disappointed. All that they had was scraps. I ask if they were cooking any food and the lady said “No” and just pick from what they had available. So I asked them what time they closed and they said 9. Very disappointed. Another gentleman walked in behind me as I was taking photos and heard my conversation with the staff, he shook his he and turned around and left. Do not recommend and will not return.

Food was good and it was great having outdoor seating but the highlight was Angel’s service. Despite having a line out the door and mobile orders coming through Angel had great service and was super professional and kind. He made this location stand out against other locations

Definitely came through for us today! We were going to go to another resturaunt but the line was out the parking lot, and Panda Express was right there as a handy second! The line wasn’t too long (though keep in mind this isn’t usually the case given it’s popularity) , though there was a wait for the fried rice to be made, but after that we were at check out in no time. You can never go wrong with their Orange Chicken and Fried Rice!

Update ( As of 2-24-22) – The Orange Chicken and Honey Walnut shrimp was banging, but the rice felt extremely more dry than usual! The checkout lady was very kind and sweet, so props to her! Also, the tables were very dirty and the chairs were all over the place. Fyi: there was a free entree for us on the back if we filled out their only survey with the given code on the back of said receipt. It’sonly takes 5 minutes to fill out and the most you have to do other that Satisfactory/Unsatistfactory bubble answers is a three-sentence minimum evaluation of the restaurant as a whole. When you’re done, it’ll give you a reference code to present the next visit to redeem your freebie (let’s hope it works!)

Never before tonight have I experienced such disappointment in Panda’s Management and staff. I will preference this by saying my visit was at 9:10pm just 20 minutes prior to closure but had a moderate line in the store. The steam table was practically empty only containing a few select items. When it was my turn to order I asked for items which were not available and was told I could only select from the few that were left on the almost empty table. It was very clear and evident that “King” was not looking to go out of his way or create extra work on their part by offering to make a serving to accommodate my request. There were still people coming into the store behind us that would more than warrant making some accommodations rather than showing no care for the guest.

Panda should focus less on building up communities, the Panda Cares program, and Uniting our Communities and turn their attention to the basics…Take care of the customer.

Customer service representative where rude and hostile. I asked for Green beans and chicken and was unfortunately served mostly green beans with very little chicken. I asked if I could get some more chicken and was told that they were out and they didn’t even offer me to wait until they made more. I usually enjoy my experience here but not today.
I GET IT WE ARE ALL TIRED, but please work on your customer service skills!!!
