There’s a reason this chain has been around for so long. The food isn’t terrible at all, and it is always the same dishes, so you know what to expect. It’s fast, Chinese inspired food. Just be sure to get one of the entrees that was recently brought out and not from a dish that has been sitting under heat lamps and you’ll be fine.

I have come here frequently since they opened. And today I had received a little reward from the new rewards program for my birthday. And when I tried to order just a small entree on it’s own I was actually told that I would HAVE to order a bowl or plate with it in order to get that because they do not just sell the small entree on it’s own. Excuse me?? If it is on your menu then you absolutely do! The gentlemen was incredibly rude to me. And after coming to this location for years even without Panda Express having a rewards program I will never walk back in to this location again. Panda Express, I think you might need to retrain your staff on friendliness. Not everyone is overly hungry every time they come into your restaurant!!

One thing that I have noticed recently about Panda Express and I have tried 2 different locations that I’ve been to both the 1 in Hampton and 1 and Aurora I have seen that they have reduced amount of meat that they give they usually would fill up my whole plate with whatever meat. I chose whether Orange chicken or was paging B. For whatever I would take and they would give a pretty good amount of noodles and rice right now. This has switched, and I think the amount of rice and noodles are not enough. With the meat so I’m not really satisfied about that. So, for example, I would get a bigger plate, which I would get half rice half noodles and my choice of meat and usually. My meat amount was so much, and my noodles and rice were so little that I wasn’t able to have the combination of 2 of them together, and this time, it was a switch. I had more noodles and rice instead of the meat, so I don’t know. Is that a new thing, or should I order extra and pay an extra amount for the meat? So I wasn’t satisfied about that and I was curious about it. They aren’t giving enough amounts that can cover both the meat portion and then what else or rice portion. Otherwise, the staff were friendly? OK, not so super huge welcoming, but they were OK they were pretty nice, and I feel the quality of the food has kind of come down. Maybe it’s just my taste, but I feel like a couple of months ago when I was getting Panda Express. I felt the materials were fresh and they would stay a little bit longer even if I had a for lunch or dinner but recently I have seen that they. Go bad pretty fast. So, I wanted to share that with you guys. Otherwise, the taste is good. I like the new sesame chicken they have brought, and yeah, thank you for looking at my comment. I hope you guys will have a great experience next time you’re at Panda Express.

Came in to eat 7/26 at 6:30pm. The food was great, the customer service terrible. Yasmin and Samantha B (I assume because the receipt said “samantha” yet she had no name tag on, Yasmin did have a name tag) have no customer service skills. They do not greet people, or update customers (ex: I’ll be right with you, someone will be with you shortly, etc.). Extremely rude and have you standing there just waiting while they are working on nothing, as if avoiding the customer.

Mmmk, so…. I’ve had bad service and gross food at Panda Express before. I thought I would read reviews before going. The location closest to me had AWFUL reviews. This one on Quincy was twice the drive time…. and I am relieved and really full. Good portions. Nothing tasted like it had been sitting there. To the guy in training who cooked the string bean chicken .. yummy!

The service is beyond bad! I’ve come here several times and it seems to get worse every time. They are always rushing you and can’t even slow down enough to take a proper order. They are also so rude. It’s like they are trained not to smile and to be rude to everyone they help. It doesn’t matter how convenient they are when the service is so bad. So unless you know what you want and don’t have to look at the menu or the food. You should be fine.

Great Chinese fast food restaurant located in SE Aurora. Meal prices are a REAL Deal during these (8/28/22) inflationary times. Dishes are tasty and Very popular with locals. The Honey Sesame Chicken was Very Good with noodles. Fortune Cookies still come with each meal purchased.

I used to come here most of the time but lately its been really bad. Customer service is rude. The food is really been drenched in ALOT of sauce and I ordered two kids meals and they didnt have any choclate chip cookies so I asked can the price be lower since the meal wasnt complete the girl standing in the back round looked at me as if I was stupid. Well I paid full price the noodles been tasting super bad like smoked oil.
