First time at this new location. As soon as we walked in, staff was extra welcoming. The counter employees were super helpful and took extra time to assist us in choosing our entrees. The food was delicious! We have been to several Pandas in the city. and by far this location is the best.

The new Panda Express on Montana and Loop 375 is running smoothly. The staff was friendly, the line moved fast, and the food came out hot and fresh. The place is clean with plenty of seating, and parking is easy. Nice to have another quick stop on this side of town.

I came here the other day to get a bowl with orange chicken and rice. Halfway through my meal I came across a piece of uncooked chicken. I had to quickly take a picture and spit out my food as I was in utter disbelief of what I bit into. (I provided a picture) and did call the store to let them know. I spoke with manager lesly, she did nothing to alleviate the situation even after I said I was able to provide proof of the uncooked chicken she said all they would be able to do was remake the bowl. but no refund was offered. im not sure why anyone would want to replace it with another bowl and risk getting uncooked chicken again, I clearly wanted a refund after biting into basically raw chicken. Lesly was very disrespectful and honestly sounded like she didn’t even believe this happened. I will provide a picture here so other customers can beware especially of the chicken. This is a new location so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, all I wanted was a refund, but instead employees just made me feel like this didn’t happen even though I had a photo and even offered to show up to the store with the raw chicken itself to show them. The way they spoke to me made me not want to come back, at that point lesly said “I already offered you a replacement bowl, I’m not sure what else I can do” not even apologizing or assuring me that this would never happen again. I really hope this situation will be looked into because it is a serious issue, thankfully I didnt get sick since i caught it after the first bite and spit it out. But i would hate for this to happen to anyone else and they get sick.

I went to go get a simple meal for my mom today and like no utensils, no sauce, no drink right? So I was like WTH ♀️ and then I was like, “ mom, do you at least have a fortune cookie?” She says “yes”, opens it and then….. WHAT IN THE FORTUNE COOKIE IS THIS?!?!!!
