I am a frequent customer at Panda Express from California to Texas, therefore, I am familiar with the portions of sold to customers. As a matter of fact, I am currently eating at the Panda Express off of 10fwy and Nuevo.
I am very disappointed with the portion allotted to me today, this is a RARE occurrence. And I don’t feel that I should have to ask to serve me my money’s worth. Chinese food is inexpensive, so there is no legitimate reason to deprived customer’s of adequate portions.
I did notice that you pride yourself in paying staff nice salaries and hourly wages, but is this at expense of us “your customers”??

We usually go to the Horizon location. I love the chow mein but it was horrible, all cabbage and onions. I ended up getting very few noodles due to all the cabbage and onions , disgusting. My serving of mushroom chicken only had like three pieces of chicken. I got half the food i usually get. Last time we visit this location.

Went in a got a plate trough drive though. Teriyaki chicken was burned- didn’t see it till I got home. Went back to return chicken and some female in black shirt exchanged it but it was just more burnt chicken. It’s not edible. Tastes bad. This place has a 3.8 Google review. A national chain like this having a 3.8 isn’t the chains fault. But with what happened today I can see why. No true customer service. Won’t be back. Ever.

I ordered 2 bigger plates.
The chomping had something that wasn’t taste good.
The staff member thar serve our food 10/10.
The cashier was unfriendly and didn’t give me all my change. I’m talking about 66 cents but when I asked for it she pretending for me to take it from a little container, but no. Then I back to ask for sweet and sour sauce and asked me “Yes ma’am” so aggressive.
I don’t have the feeling to buy here again just for the mistreated.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Panda Express drive-through thanks to Jacob, the cashier who took my order. I had just finished a 14 hour hospital shift and stopped by one minute after they opened, worried I might be bothering them so early. From the moment Jacob greeted me through the headset, he was kind, upbeat, and so professional.

By the time I pulled up to the window, his friendliness really stood out. He was incredibly fast, but also very thoughtful with his words. He made me feel like he truly wanted to serve me my food, not just get me in and out. That level of care and positivity honestly turned my whole morning around.

Jacob went above and beyond, and Panda Express is lucky to have someone like him representing their team. I left with great food and an even better mood, all thanks to his excellent service.

I had an awesome experience at this Panda Express location today. I came in already a little flustered because I had forgotten my wallet and needed to check if they took Apple Pay. The person who helped me, Necaelle, immediately made my day better. Her vibe was super uplifting and positive from the moment I walked in.

Throughout the whole ordering process, she was friendly, patient, and just genuinely happy to help. She also gave me what looked like regular, proper portions (which I really appreciate, especially these days when portions can sometimes feel small in a drive-thru). It really made a difference.

Overall, it was a 10/10 experience—especially considering I didn’t even plan on going inside. The food was great, and Necaelle’s amazing attitude truly made my day. Thank you!

I was initially hesitant to visit this Panda Express due to some negative reviews I had seen online. However, after finally giving it a try, I was pleasantly surprised and had a great experience.

The food was delicious and served piping hot, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, although the bathroom could have used a bit more attention, it wasn’t anything too off-putting.

Service was fast and efficient, and there was plenty of parking available, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, I’m glad I didn’t let the previous reviews deter me from trying Panda Express. It turned out to be a positive dining experience, and I would definitely consider going back in the future.

If you’re like me and hesitated due to negative feedback, I would encourage you to give it a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised, just like I was!

Awful experience here, choose a different panda express. This location gave me incredibly small portion sizes, offers awful customer service, and doesn’t care to correct any of these issues. I love panda express, but this location has to be the worst in all 50 states. Chipotle and better alternatives are across the street.

Come on now you cant be serious with the sesame shrimp and beef promotion with the upcharge of $1.50 extra and only giving me one shrimp, right? I know the worker definitely saw it because they are the one to scoop in the food. Staff training needs to be way better and even if they weren’t train on this, the default morality and ethic should kick in and not allow them to give a customer only one shrimp and a bunch of crumbled bits of beef and call it a serving. Come on Panda Express you make enough money off everyday people and your process and employees are still allowing this to happen?

Terrible lunch experience. When my husband got there they told us they gave our food to the wrong people. When they had to remake our plate, they didn’t even have.the side we ordered. They gave us Teriyaki chicken.. And no sauce. To top the cherry we asked for utensils on the app. And they didn’t even give us any. So when we went to eat on my husband’s 30 minutes now 10 minute lunch we had no utensils to eat it with. Mind you we’re in the car. We call and Jacob the manager says… We can’t do anything for you just because we didn’t give you utensils. Super rude. Zero customer service. Entire lunch ruined for the both of us. Negative stars!!
