I placed an order through the mobile app, said it’d be ready at 8:06pm got there around 8:20pm and nothing was ready. Someone finally figured out why and they stated they didn’t have the honey walnut shrimp. I said it was fine if they could refund just that bowl and the manager (in black) said she could do that on the computer. So I sat down waited, and she came back told me it was done, perfect so I stayed seated and waited for my other food. 10 minutes later the manager comes up to me and asks if there was anything else I needed and I let her know I was waiting for the rest of my food. Found out the manager refunded my entire order and not just that bowl like I asked.

I always get the chow mein from here, and it is as good as always! This is one of the only fast food places I know that hits both the fast and the food in the right spots. The Panda Crafted drinks are also one of my favorite parts!

Order the 3 entrée meal plate and got very small portions. The broccoli and beef was all broccoli and 1 small piece of beef. The staff was nice but I am very disappointed in the quality of the meal. (I separated the entrees to show what I got)
