I love panda it’s one of my favorite places to eat ! I’ve actually worked for Panda Express in the past. I drove to this specific location because it closes at 10pm. Panda is famous for their orange chicken, we arrive at 9:30pm there is a very limited amount of food available, no orange chicken. I ask if they could make some, after a bit of tugging they agree. On a business perspective there is a lot of lost business here as there is a lot of people still coming in and they are not being offered to make more fresh food, rather the workers seem inconvenienced.

During my recent visit to Panda Express for takeout, I was delighted to encounter a welcoming smile from the staff. Gauri, the employee who took my order, exhibited exceptional politeness, consistently wearing a smile throughout the interaction. As I eagerly awaited my meal, which included the delicious String Bean Chicken, Gauri apologized multiple times for any delay in its preparation. The friendly atmosphere and cleanliness of the place further added to the positive experience. Without a doubt, I will make it a point to visit Panda Express again in the future.

There were hardly any dishes available & according to their info, they close @10pm! I went in @545pm!!! This dude, Jerome simply did not want to provide “customer service” when the items I wanted were not available UNTIL!!!!!! I asked TWICE!! Is there anymore comin out! & tries to The RELUCTANCE to put ANY effort! Astounding! If this your “new” definition of customer service?? We’re gonna be knee deep in trouble! I’ve been to this location once before during Covid, it’s still just as bad!!

I sat outside waiting for 15min for the business to open to be told they won’t be open until at least 11am and then got a story about how people called out. This is what happens when you don’t pay people enough take take there jobs seriously!! Livable wages makes a huge difference for who will and won’t show up.

I just got home and opened up my meal… I purchased Steak and Shrimp plus Walnut Shrimp, waited a really long time for it and look what I’ve got the for price that they charged – 2 pieces of steak and 2 shrimps, not even a straw for the soda. My business with this franchise is done. They probably hired hired some highly skilled teens so they can save some $$$ for the company.

Physical sizes for the To go bowls and plates are getting smaller and prices are getting larger. If you are going to increase your prices than you should not decrease your portions.

We came in about an hour before closing. I know the employees hate to see people when they are cleaning up to get out. Everyone was super friendly. They had to get somethings back out for the people behind us and they where super friendly to them. I wipe up our mess before we left and the manager said we can do that. I know I would be grumpy at 9:30 when the store closes at 10:00. The food was great. It always is at this location. The never give you a plate of broccoli when you order beef broccoli.
