Really bad customer experience here. We had an easy miscommunication (beyond vs real chicken) and easy fix that was treated so poorly. I was not expecting to get an attitude and blamed so hard. They still gave me real chicken mixed in with my Beyond. The circled bits are real chicken, and there is a lot more underneath. I will come back when they get different people to help out in the front.

Snottiest workers I have ever come across in the fast food industry, extremely rude and got the order wrong twice and continued to cop an attitude when we told her it was wrong, then gave us everything wrong AGAIN when we sent it back. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I know sometimes you can have a bad day, but it was absolutely ridiculous, and there is no excuse for treating customers this way. I have never written a bad review before. This is my first. So it has to say something that I felt the need to speak up.

The food was pretty good. Their portions have definitely got smaller and they’re definitely more stingy when putting food and that’s all of them so I’m pretty sure it’s something that they changed higher up. The prices are pretty good for what they serve though. You definitely have to go earlier to make sure your food is fresher, but overall they’re pretty good. The location I went to they definitely should have a few more directions on how to get there. Otherwise it’ll stop you in the middle of the street the GPS will

The food is great and affordable for us college students; they take Bevo Pay but not Dine in Dollars which is slightly a shame. Regardless, it’s one of the best places to go after class or exams to eat with friends if you are in the mood to have an actual meal and not fast food.

Can never seem to get the right serving size. I always accidentally order too much or too little food. Food is standard, nothing fancy, but nothing disgusting. I particularly like the orange chicken even though it’s a bit soft for my liking.

I love panda express but this location is never open when they say they are. I just looked at the union website saying that they’re supposed to be open today, 1/22/23, from noon-6. I got there at 12:30 and there wasn’t a soul in sight.

The food is always good at this location but the hours are awful. Sometimes they’re open, sometimes they’re not. There’s no true way to tell whether they’re open unless you walk inside since the online posted hours aren’t accurate and they like to close at random periods during the day.

I’ve been to pretty much every Panda Express in the city and this one is consistently the quickest and always very friendly. Unless you get someone in front of you who’s ordering 7 different trays and blocks up the line. And they have a tea bar with great Thai iced tea! It’s not the best around but it’s convenient if you don’t want to walk over to Dobie just for boba.

I love panda express but I am tired of walking over to this location 30 r more mins before closing time and find it closed and this happened to me so many times. Everything cleaned, no staffs there, lights out, and bars down. It looked like it was closed for a while. I do not want to waste my time walking out of my way to find this place closed. I know 30 mins before closing time is little inconvenient for staffs but I am happy to get what is left and it is to go only location anyway.
