I’ve frequented this location numerous times. Food is always hot and tasty. They’ve gotten our order correct time and time again. No issues with food quality or temperature. They’ve forgotten the fortune cookies a couple of times but I can live with that.
Staff is always friendly and polite. Drive thru is always pretty quick as well.
The inside of this location is actually a nice upgrade from any other Panda Express I’ve been to. Very nicely decorated.
Nice change of pace from burgers, fried chicken and pizza. Give them a chance. And don’t forget to get the app so you can earn points/free food!

This Panda Express location has a fresh and vibrant atmosphere, making it stand out from other locations I’ve visited. Even though it’s two years old, it still feels new and well-maintained. The staff was young, enthusiastic, and welcoming, which added to the overall dining experience.

Came here for the first time on April 7th for dinner. It was about 5:45, typical dinner time, but they have very little food ready. Most of the food bowls to pick from were nearly empty, so we ended up choosing something that we really didn’t want. Food quality was almost decent. That was disappointing.

August 28,2025 I came in through the drive through and there was a girl with black hair who spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful tone to begin with . When SHE had messed up my she dumped it out and put in my right order in the same box. Idk why she didn’t just give me a new box and new cup. Super unprofessional just so you know the panda on William cannon would never had done this to me.

Consistently disappointing portions & poor management — damaging the Panda Express brand
I’ve stopped going to this Panda Express because they consistently give MUCH smaller entrée portions than any other Panda Express location I’ve visited — and I’ve been to many over the years because I genuinely enjoy the menu. This store, unfortunately, is by far the worst experience I’ve had with the brand.
The last time I went, the manager himself served me. When I told him the portion was too small, he added one piece of food and acted as if that fixed it. I also ordered the Beef & Shrimp entrée for my wife. When I said the portion in the bowl was not enough and asked to purchase an additional serving, he literally scratched around the bowl, dug out only the beef pieces, and gave me almost no shrimp — even though Panda charges an extra $1.50 for the shrimp, of which I received only two pieces.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely inconsistent with the Panda Express experience elsewhere. It genuinely feels like this location is cutting corners and hurting the brand’s reputation.
I will not be returning to this location because of the service and the staff’s attitude.
Panda Express, please wake up and fix this store — it’s damaging your name.

I had a wonderful experience at Panda Express! The chef Saulo was incredibly kind, elegant, and attentive. He prepared my Orange Chicken exactly the way I asked — perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and well organized, and everyone was very polite. Thank you, Saulo, for such great service!
