I have been buying my crews lunch here once a week for about 1 year. They love it. THIS location however is GROSS!!!! The food is always empty and what is there looks like it should be thrown out. NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY!!!! The areas around the food dont look to ever be clean. Due to convenience, I have tried to go back to this location and everytime its the exact same. Gross and no food. The portions are also not like the other pandas and the managers just dont seem to really care. So I move to a different location or a different reaturant all together. I spoke to a manager today and she really could care less. I am sitting at the Leander location as we speak and MAN what a difference a clean reaturant with nice employee’s makes. I will never return to the university location even thought its 5 min from my house and the most convenient. Good look in the bathroom if you go to the university location. That was also a problem.

It’s acceptable, but you have to eat with a fork. Chopsticks aren’t even an option. Food is acceptable. It wouldn’t be missed if it disappeared. Fantastic staff. Poopy industrial atmosphere.

I came in on a weekday at 2 or so, and that’s maybe not a great idea in fast food because it’s that time between shifts and while it’s nice and quiet in terms of customers, I was reading a book and the frantic cleaning and chair scraping around me was kind of annoying.But at least they clean, right?
My food was just fine though I love my white rice stickier…but outrageously expensive for what it was. If you’re eating there on site, just get a small fountain drink and refill it (it’s still over $2 but it’s that way everywhere). Or bring a bottled water…that’s what it’s come down to sometimes, with prices what they are!
P.E. is fine if you pass by and have a craving; I wouldn’t go out of my way for it but there’s one closer to home anyway. I was out and about that day.
Employees were very nice, including Emily at the register.

What an amazing experience. Every single person went out of their way to be extremely considerate to my kids allergy.
The food was wonderful, the employees were a refreshing blessing of what you hope customer service to be.

I placed my order online approximately 10 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. When I arrived, I was told the order “wasn’t due yet” and instructed to pull around. I explained that if I had simply ordered at the drive-through, my food would have been prepared immediately, and I requested that my order be canceled and refunded.
Another employee came on the speaker and repeated the same response, so I again requested a refund. Instead, I was told to pull forward and then left waiting for over ten minutes without anyone coming to the window. It felt punitive rather than procedural.
When the cashier finally appeared, she silently handed me the bag and immediately closed the window. My request for a refund was ignored. Given the circumstances and how the situation was handled, I no longer felt comfortable consuming the food and ultimately threw away the entire $45 order out of concern for its safety.

This location is incredibly slow. I’ve placed my order using the app twice now at this location and both times I ordered about 10 minutes before I arrived. Both times, whenI arrived I was told my order wasn’t ready yet and I had to go park and wait an additional 5-10 minutes. When I order at the other CP location, this never happens. I don’t get it. I’m guessing they wait until I arrive to start preparing it?! If so, what’s the point of using the app? I’m currently waiting for them to bring my food out and it’s been more than 15 minutes since I placed the order. I won’t come back to this location again.

We came here on August 13th and had dinner. The food was good, but not great. The portion sizes were smaller than other Panda restaurants. Most of the food we were given was near the bottom of the warming pan, so it was not fresh out of the wok. Regardless, I’m sure we will come here again.

Entrees are fine I guess but wth….the fried rice is not good enough. Barely anything in it specs of egg so small you can’t tell them from the rice grainsm rice isnt dark enough. Just mass produced garbage. And they give you twice as much rice as meat. Would be one thing if the rice was worth eating but man…. Waste of $

This is by far my favorite Panda restaurant in Austin! . Up to now they have not disappointed with the freshness of the food. Every time we come here there’s always fresh food out and it’s delicious . For those who love panda like we do we recomend this location if you live in Austin or are visiting . Management is always attentive nd the team is great .
