We were visiting from out of state and decided to dine-in at this Panda Express location. The crew working on 12/28/25 at 8:47pm did an awesome job! They filled our 7 orders with speediness while delivering excellent customer service! I specifically want to thank Camila and Alex! The greeted us and went above and beyond! They also thanked us for coming in and wised us a Happy New Year on our way out! I highly recommend this place. It was very clean. The service was excellent and the food was great!

First off I know I went close to closing time but really ? I worked a 12 hour shift at work today and hadn’t eaten I was starving and tired I knew I wasn’t going to want to cook at home so I went to get beef and veggies at panda. They were being so rude and I understood because I’m sure they were ready to close too. But they messed up my order giving me a huge serving of fried rice and little beef. Then as I ate there was a nail in my food. I’ve never been so disappointed in just wanting to hurry and relax and wash the day away.

I visited Panda Express via the drive thru window and there was no one in front of me, I ordered walnut shrimp, orange chicken, steam rice, noodles and a large coke. I get to the window pay and they hand me my food. I asked the lady for my drink and she asked me to return the food to her (which I did) and she closes the window. She comes back with a new bag of food still no drink and tells me she forgot to charge me for it. I pay for the coke and she returns the food. I take off and when I check the food is wrong. I was charged extra for walnut shrimp and it was all orange chicken -.- I drive back get off and as soon as I walk in they just say “that’s her” and hand me the right bag that had already been sitting there! Ugh! Terrible customer service experience.

I was eating my food and it was pretty good but as i was getting at the end of the plate there where these two hard things that i feel like are the teeth of a fork and at first when i first felt one in my mouth i was like hmm weird but okay everyone makes mistakes, but then a little bit after it happened again and my tooth hurt and i look and its another one i was like okay what is going on now but yeah idk man its weird because why would pieces of a fork be in the food?? I was disappointed.

Went thru the drive thru since I got a coupon in the mail. Buy one bowl get one bowl free. Got one with orange chicken and noodles and the other with Beijing beef and fried rice. Both were just as good as any other panda I have been to. Drive thru was speedy and person taking the order was friendly. Would be back when I’m in the area!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Panda Express since it first opened, and it consistently stands out as the best in the area. Compared to the Shary and North Mcallen locations, this one truly meets and exceeds the high standards of the Panda Express franchise. The staff is always well-trained, professional, and friendly. The restaurant is consistently clean, from the tables to the bathrooms, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, the food quality is always top-notch and delicious. My go-to meal is the Beijing Beef and Teriyaki Chicken with half lo mein and half fried rice, and I have to get an egg roll and their amazing cream cheese rangoons. This is the location I trust for a great meal every time.

It was FREEZING in the restaurant, kindly asked them if they can pick up the temperature and they flat out said “ no” .. this is not the first time they have been rude.. never coming back …
