I visit this location often, and this Sunday around 9 a.m. I had a great experience thanks to Megan. She made my visit truly pleasant. She was very professional, organized, and clearly committed to her work. She handled orders quickly and efficiently while still providing excellent customer service. That level of dedication really stood out. She deserves to be recognized by the managers at this location for her outstanding work.

I have eaten at other locations and have been disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food. However, this one was a step above on the cleanliness. The food was still pretty much the same. I had the orange chicken that didn’t taste like orange at all and almost didn’t taste like chicken. It tasted like burnt grease with a little texture to it. The dish looked amazing and my hopes were raised that this time the experience would be better. The service was proficient but not welcoming. The food was beautiful but not good. The atmosphere was clean but not comfortable.

I take food safety very seriously. Undercooked chicken is a hazard. My fiancée stopped eating once he noticed but I worry a child would not think twice. Mistakes happen but we won’t be returning

We’ve been here several times and the food is usually good, but the wait time is unacceptable every time. They are usually understaffed and are always out of some food. Their focus has been processing online orders first and in-person customers eventually. Every customer I had a chance to talk with expressed their frustration with having to wait way too long for food.

2 stars as they were out of almost all of their entree choices and you would have to wait another 10 minutes for it to be ready as if you didn’t just wait 20minutes in line now you have to wait longer. But other than that the front employees were all very nice.

Cody, a top their employee, walked me through all the options and pointed me in the right direction to what I was craving. Customer service was great from the whole team and food was delicious. SO Cody

I love your food but the quantities are seriously upsetting. And look at your noodles. I got maybe an ounce of noodles in mostly cabbage. I have complained about this before but you don’t seem to have made any changes. And sooo much oil.
Seriously disappointed.

The worst location in San Antonio. The pictures speak a thousand words. Super burnt, as he was cutting the chiken- he cut into a raw piece, undercooked rice, bad taste. Didn’t really eat all day. Wanted hot fresh meal. He should of thrown the whole bowl that contained raw chiken in the warmer. Some dirty tables. Drinks in an indented ice chest cooler by the register were hot. No ice , just like 5 ice cubs cooling like 20 drinks. Save your money. First and last time at this location. Hopefully I don’t get sick. Had to throw food in the trash. I put xtra sauce and still couldn’t hide the dry meat taste.

Shifting to a fast food scale, best Panda Express in town! They know how to cut their meat correctly where it’s edible, and delicious, and they give you plenty of food! They’re not like most other restaurants charging more and withholding food. This location is awesome!!

This is what I got for 10$ 1 side 2 entrées 1 small scoop of rice as a entrée small scoop of beef broc and as you can see a few pieces of beef with broc. My side of noodles was a little bigger portion so to me it’s a rip off. My first and last time here
