Been coming here for a while and never had any problems. Did carry out. First bite into my food I find this. To me it looks like a piece of a cockroach antenna but I’m not 100 percent sure. Upon further inspection it even has little barbs on it like a roaches antenna. What I am sure of is that I’ve never had this type of object in my fried rice from Panda Express ever in my life. I hope I’m wrong. This $14 plate and drink literally ruined this Panda Express for me.

First off this girl had an attitude I believe her name was B. She messed up my order and gave me rice when I asked for noodles so she gave me noodles with 90% lettuce and onions, I asked for noodles, not a salad. If I see her when I go there next time, I’m just going to another store.

I have been here a few times now and I’m very glad that we have a Panda Express in our immediate area now. The facility is brand new, clean kitchen and clean public areas and restrooms. The staff is really friendly and always greets me when I walk in. Even if they are busy (which doesn’t seem to be too often) the service is quick and efficient, but always done with courtesy and good customer service. The dine in experience is nice as well since the tables are always kept clean. The drink/napkin/utensil station is well kept and organized. The friendliness of the staff is what stands out the most about this location and I will be frequenting this location for the forseeable future!

My most recent visit to Panda Express was approximately three years ago, and today’s experience validated my decision to discontinue patronage. The plate size is laughably small in proportion to the cost. Upon requesting protein and vegetables, I observed that the establishment limits protein servings to three pieces or less. The price appears inflated given the modest serving size.
