I don’t understand how you can order a premium item and pay an up charge and only get four pieces of meat?? I’m typically very happy with my orders but this can’t possibly be the standard.

I never really have a bad experience at panda this was just pathetic. I usually get a bowl, however, I felt like I wanted a semi smaller portion so I order a cubs meal not to mention got their premium entree and this is what I get! I paid an extra 1.50 for this and for about 5 pieces (3beef oieces and 2 shrimps) while my son who got orange chicken gets his section of meat full!. Had I know this was as I getting I would’ve got a different entree. This is unacceptable .

We stopped by Panda Express yesterday, and even though it was pretty busy, the experience was great thanks to the exceptional service we received. I believe our server’s name was Kaitlyn, and she absolutely made the visit memorable. She handled the rush with a great attitude, moving quickly while still making each customer feel acknowledged and appreciated.
I ordered the bigger plate with half super greens and half chow mein, along with double shrimp and some chicken. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was fresh and delicious. Kaitlyn made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
It’s rare these days to come across someone who brings such positive energy, especially during a busy shift. Kaitlyn really went above and beyond, and because of her, we will definitely be coming back the next time we get that Panda Express craving. Thank you, Kaitlyn! You made our day.

After having a terrible experience at the Panda Express on Walzem, I came to this location (Panda Express on Rittiman). the difference was unbelievable and the difference was night and day. The drive‑thru employee here treated me with respect, patience, and professionalism. They understood me perfectly and made me feel valued as a customer. This is what real customer service looks like. Thank you for showing the level of service the other location failed to provide.

Ordered delivery and wrote a note just to thank the employees for making my order. I got a couple of extra crab Rangoons and a cute note to have a good night! My food was hot, fresh, delicious and good portion sizes. My kiddo’s food was also all correct and she loved it.

UPDATE April 2024: They no longer serve the vegan orange chicken and in fact only had it for about a month last year. Unfortunately, there are not many vegan options at Panda. It would be nice if there were tofu/tempeh/seitan options for those who don’t eat meat especially because these are staples in Asian cuisine.
April 2023: They have that vegan orange chicken y’all!! I’ve been getting that with the chow mein for lunch pretty regularly over the last few weeks. Their service at this location is great! I even ate inside today and loved the atmosphere and customer service. I ordered a large plate with three orders of the beyond chicken and they were running low so they quickly made up a new batch for me and brought it over to my table. Pretty great! Love this place!

Food was terrible all I got was broccoli stalks instead of broccoli…the manager was horrible made us wait while we were on our lunch break so he could talk to his friend on the phone

I think this was a pretty good Panda Express. I was mostly clean and all the workers were working. It was slow. so all the workers started cleaning everything. Kudos to them for keeping active at a slow hour. Serving sizes were good and the food quality was also good. I really can’t say anything bad about this place.
