Reviews
We got the following: walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken (not freshly made), king pao chicken, and lo mein (not freshly made). Egg roll (not freshly made) spring rolls.
The walnut shrimp tasted gummy not cooked all the way. The chicken color was dark grey and tasted almost like the way tires smell. It was bad. The spring rolls had a foul taste too probably because the oil used was old and the annoyed cook would just dump everything in the same oil. You can tell he was pissed off to do his job giving everyone dirty looks.
We didn’t eat much and decided to throw it all away but what we did managed to eat made us extremely sick. So beware and be careful! I’m praying we just came on a bad night.
Now the bad, my wife was served very little on her plate that I had to ask someone else to put more food. Also my wife wasn’t treated with the same courtesy as I was shown. The person had a very bad attitude her name is Stacy. Stay away from her….
I would return but definitely to a different location. A real shame because I live around the corner and this could be a good spot but with bad service like that no thank you.
Especially the manager April.
She had no clue on how to handle a loyal customer with some missing food out their order. Has no idea on how to speak with respect or any knowledge on how the customer comes first.
This review is not about being upset we had food missing, that is understandable mistakes happen. This is about being upset on how the manager handled it.
She was sitting at their lobby with a current employer and because she was in the middle of interviewing him she told me
“you didn’t call and you don’t have a receipt, I can’t do anything about it”. I explained that I do have a receipt and also scanned my loyalty app which holds your past order history, she said; “well I’ll deal with it later because right now I’m busy”. I replied with “oh ok, so the customer comes later, got it.”
We ordered a family pack with two sides of spring rolls and an order of crab rangoon. We get home to all our sides we paid extra for missing.
It’s just disturbing realizing the amount of people with the lack of common sense these days. If you don’t like your job or not good at it find a different one. Just like I’ll find a different place to eat.
Honestly I’m not use to amazing service from Panda but was very impressed with this location.
