I often don’t visit the restaurants on Austin Hwy, But I can definitely say I love coming to this Panda Express I’m not sure if it’s just my timing but every time I come here I always get the food that is being made fresh. The staff is also very friendly and this is the first Panda Express that doesn’t mind filling up the food containers. The flavor of the food is also seasoned very well their fried rice is truly my favorite!

I was ordering my food, it’s my first time here. My parents requested their usual through text for pickup as they have frequented a Panda Express often in their own town. I noticed one of their picks was out, so I simply pointed, I need the honey shrimp if there’s anymore available. Mel the one restocking the dishes took high offense to my comment and starred me down and slammed her pot down. Then when I tried to order my own she starred me down again. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I didn’t even look at the rest of the choices to order my own meal. My husband ordered for us. Maybe she’s having a bad day or heard me wrong. I was simply unsure if we can still order something that was out of stock. I will not be back.

The food is to die for. The prices are very affordable. The service is always amazing. Our server, Nathan, was very helpful despite having a large table. Don’t forget to get a milk tea or boba, they’re always delicious.

I was very disappointed with my eating experience. The food was lukewarm at best, but before that I had horrible customer service the lady at the cash register. Abby acted like everyone was an inconvenience to her. I’m i basically had to ask for my cup and ask for the sauce to go with my cheese ragoons, and she was rolling her eyes when she handed me my Cup for my drink. Once I got my food, I had to clean off a table for us. I was just really disappointed with this location.

I eat at many panda express locations this spot right here is on point. They make the orange chicken outstanding.!! I love a lot of orange sauce on my chicken and it’s made right at this location. Also, all the employees have good attitudes and provide excellent customer service job well done at this location!!!!!

This store needs to learn how to scope. Portions are way too small for the price.
Also if you get a customer at 8:30 PM you probably should give them a little more… then again all the staff members were eating the food so sure they wanted to save the food for a free meal later on.

Super happy with this particular panda! Its crazy how different restaurants from the same chain can be but this on one Austin Hwy is excellent! Super hot and fresh food, very fast service and super friendly staff. Not to mention they hooked it up with the portion size. I might live closer to other pandas but this one will be my go to!
