This is a very busy location and wait times in the drive thru can be rather long. But, for the most part a very solid place to get fresh food quickly.
My only gripe is they are usually out of something, but they have plenty of other options to choose from.
On a really awesome note, their new Buldak Sweet and Sour Chicken is AMAZING! SOOOOO spicy and delicious. The chicken chunks were full of meat and that spice hit perfectly.

Sarah V at the drive thru window had terrible customer service didnt speak one word to me besides the total. Didnt ask if I wanted any sauces Nothing on top of taking 15 min at the drive thru dont understand how it takes 15 min to put some food in a box and hand it off. Went to the panda express near Heb a few weeks ago that just opened and the service was far better.

Normally this place is perfectly fine but unfortunately I came in tonight with two other people and there was multiple steps of miscommunication which normally fine whatever it can be fixed however after forgetting an appetizer and getting two meals wrong we went back in to get it fixed and one of the employees (Raylie) decided it was a good idea to start talking badly about us while we were still in earshot to a blonde girl to has always been kind and helpful who didn’t even say anything back and I’m sorry that’s unacceptable we were not rude or disrespectful like I said mishaps happen we all have worked in food service we get it but to talk badly about us while still in the store is ridiculous.

My first time there. The drive-thru was busy but we went inside. Git the food fast and it was good. Wish they had plain brown rice instead if only fried rice. I got the honey walnut shrimp and it was great. The bowl size was plenty for me. Next time I’m going to try the orange chicken.

Food is good, as usual, but for management…. if your guy taking orders is wearing a stupid mask and no one can hear them, then put him somewhere he doesn’t have to engage with customers. Also, tell him to slow down and listen.
