New location doesn’t disappoint! I almost didn’t go because of the negative reviews, but I’m glad I did. The drive through service was friendly and fast. Food is delicious and hot. Tea is fantastic. All new locations have kinks to work out in the beginning. I really appreciate service with a smile and checking on the order to make sure its right before you leave the window. Highly Recommend!!

Latest update , only disappointment is very little sesame honey chicken on the bowl dishes. It’s all rice. True of the orange chicken also.
Great brand new restaurant in New Braunfels with plenty of parking and also drive thru. Spacious inside with lots of seating. Friendly employees. Really good food. We got orange chicken with white steamed rice. Two steak with vegetables and the steak was tender and delicious. Large button mushrooms with large vegetables and loaded with steak. Not overly hot pepper dish, so don’t worry. 3 egg rolls, all to go.

Bad Experience at Panda Express – Third Time’s the Charm for Disappointment
This is the third time they’ve messed up my order, and I’ve had enough. I am sensitive to ingredients in fried rice and explicitly asked for steamed rice three times during the order and confirmed it before paying. I even drove 27 minutes home thinking everything was correct.
Imagine my frustration when I get home to find fried rice all over the chicken. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially after being so clear about my dietary restrictions.
I called the location to see if they could rectify the mistake, but their solution was unacceptable: I could either drive back another 27 minutes one way just to get a coupon for next time, or dispute the charge with my credit card, I paid cash. Neither option is reasonable or customer-friendly.
While the staff are nice, they clearly can’t handle simple issues like this. Stay away from this location if you value accurate orders and decent customer service.
Would not recommend.

I just confirmed this location still has the elusive Sweetfire Chicken, the best/only soy free option panda has ever offered. I plan to regularly make road trips from Houston for it. Other locations take notes

Rice had no flavor at all and the entrees tasted like left overs from last night. This my third time and have had bad reviews everytime. I go to the one on 35 and the food is exceptional everytime

It’s shocking that such a basic mistake occurred, especially considering that your business has just opened. One would expect a higher level of care and pride in the food you’re serving.
Serving burnt food not only reflects poorly on your establishment but could also be a violation of OSHA regulations, as it impacts food safety standards. There’s clearly a lack of attention to quality control, and this type of mistake should not be overlooked. I suggest you take the time to carefully inspect the food before serving it, as these issues can lead to serious customer dissatisfaction.

Okay, this location does not deserve a 2.8 review average! The building is new and attractive, and the table was freshly cleaned, as was the food tray. The food was good to very good, especially the Bejing Beef and Orange Chicken. Good volume for the price. The sodas taste wonderful, unlike sodas at so many restaurants. Chelsea was serving both times we went, and was cheerful, with a can-do attitude each visit, as was another server whose name I forgot. The dining room is not freezing like so many, and overall we would definitely rate the whole package at 5 stars.

Gave this new location a chance and total let down! I’ve only ever had the chicken teriyaki from Panda Express and more times than not, they forget to include the TERIYAKI SAUCE!! So basically end up just getting grilled chicken… there is NOTHING teriyaki about this without the damn sauce!!!

I don’t really like to make reviews but I literally came back on here months later to read the reviews because my experience was so bad. Anyways, a few months ago I ordered a plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and beef teriyaki. I took a bite and looked down in my food, there was literally beard hair all in my plate. I spit up my food and damn near threw up, I was disgusted. Not only that, after I saw it, I called back up to the store since I went back to work, NEVER ANSWERED. I called like around 5-6 times and not one person picked up. I haven’t went to a panda since because every time someone even brings it up I think about the haiiiir :((((
