I just went to Panda like I do weekly. One of the entrees I had was sweetfire chicken. I had 3 to 4 pieces of chicken and 60% is filled with pineapples. I don’t think I ordered sweetfire pineapples. Servers at this location are pretty bad with attitude as well. I have to find another location I guess as this location’s quality and service are going downhill quickly.

This panda is much better than the one on Texas, I so want to give them 5 stars, but the lobby is dirty and enough minor infractions that pull it down to 4. The sort of fountain leaked pretty heavily with trying to get a drink, condiments were not readily available… you had to ask them at the counter. I think it is morally Questionable to use Styrofoam containers when people are eating in the lobby, especially in these modern time as we address climate change. That all being said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly, and the manager genuinely cares about the quality of his food.

Seldom and I mean seldom will I call food trash. There is too much hunger in the world for that mindset. That being said, Panda, this is hot trash… Did you purposely choose the fattiest, sickest chicken thighs to sell. Don’t even get me started on the portions, I know inflation has hit us all, but this is ridiculous. My review may not mean much, but continue on your trend, and you’ll be just another Panera who’s on life support.

Went through the drive through that had one other person already at the 2nd window getting there food, I ordered and they said there would be a 5 minute wait which was fine. After about 15 minutes I went in the restaurant to finally get my food only to get home and realize they messed my order up. There was one table sat down inside so not sure what the hold up was. Can’t imagine what its like when its busy.

The food doesn’t seem hot or fresh. I don’t think the burners are even on. I had to ask for fresh or something but I didn’t wanan be a jerk and ask for all fresh of everything else, you can tell cuz nothing is steaming. Don’t they have franchise rules about this ?
