Pulled up at 9:00pm. They didn’t have any food ready and told me I’d have to wait for them to make the chicken “fresh” Waited almost 25 minutes for burnt chicken.

I am a Panda Express fan… But man let me tell you… DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE! The chicken is dry, tastes old like they reheated yesterday’s left overs. The noddles was just noddles, no cabbage or anything… This has to be the WROSE Panda Express I’ve ever visited.

This location needs to be shut down or all the staff needs to be fired. Decided to give them one more chance tonight and they scammed us. Stuffed all the chicken in one box and said that my extra side was in the box. The rice is burnt from the rice cooker. These people suck ! ZERO STARS

Ordered broccoli beef, Kung pao chicken, super greens and fried rice. Food was good until I started chewing on something hard and inedible. Super greens had extremely large piece of cabbage. Good customer service. Drive thru had me pull up to wait on my order.

First AND last time I’m ordering from this location. Ordered from DoorDash. My order was incomplete, as you can tell by the photo. And the food didn’t taste fresh. I get it, it was close to closing time. But at least some communication would have been nice. Never again.

I went thru the drive thru ordered orange chicken and chicken breast green beans both with fried rice. The woman let me know it’ll be 7 mins for the chicken. Im okay with waiting because at least i know it would be fresh. I get to the window and paid, the woman tells me to park. I had to ask for my receipt which she seemed hesitant to give me. As soon as I parked my food was brought out. I get all the way home and my rice is not even done! It’s really hard and clumped together. I tried to force myself to eat it but I just couldn’t. I drive all the way back and started to feel sick. I wanted a refund! The manager “Laide” refused to give me a refund. “Only I can replace your order” why am I being forced to eat something I don’t want?!?. This is my 3x with bad experiences here. I won’t be back

I would like to take a moment to commend Panda Express for their exceptional customer service. As a frequent patron of this restaurant, I consistently experience a warm welcome upon entering. This positive atmosphere has inspired me to share my thoughts, despite not having completed a survey before.

One employee who consistently stands out is Eric. Although I am unsure of his official title—whether he is a manager or holds another position—he is frequently present and always greets customers with enthusiasm. His commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment, even during busy times, is truly commendable.

Eric’s professionalism and positive demeanor greatly enhance my dining experience. It is evident that he brings a remarkable attitude to his work, which is especially noteworthy given the various challenges we all face in our lives. His ability to create a joyful atmosphere not only makes me feel valued as a customer but also encourages me to return regularly.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Eric and the entire team at Panda Express for their dedication to providing outstanding service. I look forward to my future visits and will continue to recommend this restaurant to others.

Our experience: My boyfriend stopped here to grab something healthy to eat on his lunch break and left highly disgusted and disappointed. To both of our surprise, we recognized how cheap this location is with the way they serve food. The picture shown is what the $9 bowl looked like once he opened it and he could not return it because he had already left. There are barely any veggies or shrimp in this bowl. This bowl looks rushed, extremely below expectations, second-rate, and not appeasing. This was the first bad experience at this location and will most definitely be the last because he will never return to this location again. I think corporate needs to revisit their philosophy with this location because this experience didn’t align with it.

I accidentally placed an order for pick up instead of delivery, so I called to change it. They were rude and said that I needed to reorder it. I did and asked for a receipt. When the order got here, the fried rice was lo mein, the food smelled like a chain smoker blew cigarette smoke on it and there was no receipt. I guess they can’t read.
