I always come to this location but I always do dine in so I can see what they are serving me and today just like 30-40 min ago I ordered by drive thru 2 bowls and 2 plates the bowls for my kids I ordered noodles it’s their fave a Panda Express and this time it was VERY DISAPPOINTING coming home to not noodles but cabbage no noodles at all!!!! That really made me angry how they can sell only cabbage? Why not waiting for fresh noodles and serve quality food. Will not come to this location never again!! and that was not all one of the plates I ordered chicken breast and they put steak with mushrooms!! This is just unacceptable they need to pay more attention!!! And I gave them 2 stars just because of the guy at the window he gave me a good service.

Today I went here to pick up a DoorDash order and I was discriminated against. I walked in to grab the order I was picking up, but I didn’t have any signal to confirm the order. I let the guy know who I was talking to that I didn’t have signal, and I showed him the name of the order. He did not want to hand me the order even after I showed him the name and I communicated to him. I didn’t have signal to confirm the order. He told me if I couldn’t confirm the order that I would have to just leave so I checked the store settings for Wi-Fi to try to complete the order, but it still wasn’t working, correctly. Now I’m irritated and I asked him nicely. Can you just give me the order please because I don’t have signal. He told me to leave the store or he will call the police. I told him to call the police. I do not care. I wait for the police to get there once they got there the police had to force him to give me the order so I can complete doing my work. I do not stand for racism and discrimination. The manager at this location was terrible. His name was Brandon and this location needs to do better.

I mean it’s good for panda, ingredient quality is notably higher than other locations, but nothing special. I know their dishes are harder to prep, but the consistency of items is off especially the honey walnut shrimp. Sometimes it’s really saucy, other times crispy with little sauce. Same idea goes for other dishes. It atleast always tastes good, but when you have that craving for panda and it didn’t hit right it can be a bit disappointing.

Wow what a horrible way to start my new year. I wanted surprise my mother with a Happy Dinner,. Driver was timely, thanks Jason, Food Horrible, I am not a picky eater, I don’t require much, however unacceptable, not hot, broccoli almost broke our teeth, no grease I can admit, packaged well, but SUB standard. I will not be a patron of Panda in 2026. I will fast instead or go elsewhere. Blessings and prayers to customers , I suggest you pray to Jesus before you eat. I should have eaten the apple and called it a night. Not even piping hot. My mom only 7 minutes from location, next time Dominoes . God please refund me money, The Fortune Cookie Said “ Learn from your mistakes and move on”

Went at lunch time. All the proteins were picked thru and barely a single serving or two was available for each. 3 employees were working behind the counter and it was only me and one other person inside. No one greeted me or said “I will be right with you” and they tended to only the drive through and the one other customer there. I walked after 4-5 minutes of no single hello or being helped.
Bad location, I will not come back. Go elsewhere for lunch or dinner.

This location sucked. Asked for sweet and sour sauce, the manager gave me one sauce. Each time I asked for more sauce, he gave one at a time. Mind you, I ordered 6 piece egg roll, a plate, and cream cheese ragoons. Damn, I’ll pay extra. Why you giving one sauce at a time for all that food? I’ll stick to my regular location in Katy.

This is the best location for Panda Express!! I have had many times Panda Express in many states, and this place is nothing compared to them!! Their food is always served fresh, good proportion, very delicious, proper temperature!! They provide great service at all times no matter what time of the day, or how busy it is!! First time going there . I placed an order online, when I got there she asked for my name , she called me by another name, I corrected her, and when I got to the window she almost threw my food at me without saying anything at all… she forgot my drink, she went to prepare the next order, I stayed there waiting and after a while, she opened the window and asked me what I wanted, I told her I was waiting for my coke and she asked me what size it was… and it took her a while to prepare it and serve it to me. Her name “Char” …. I think she is working in the wrong place, tremendous bad attitude.
