Great food! Service was on point. Food all looked great to. Make sure you grab some spring rolls and rangoons as well. So good! The cashier forgot to to ring up the spring rolls and rangoons, as someone ask her a question about food being cooked, but I knew 14 something was too cheap for what we ordered. I told her, she was grateful and said thank you so much for bringing it to my attention. The dining area is large and pleasant to sit in for dining in. THERE IS A DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Food was a a bit sub par but the service was great. The lobby needed attention. The best part was watching Max a local legend. This dog was well mannered and seemed to be loved by everyone. He stayed out of walkways and parking spots. We had seen him a few days prior at Whataburger. Great dog.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Since, they rarely happen.

I arrived about 45–48 minutes before closing (they close at 10:00 PM) and went through the drive-thru. The employee waited until after I ordered to tell me they didn’t have any of the items I asked for. When I asked what was available, I was told they only had one “meat” option (the mushroom/cucumber dish) and that they had no noodles and no fried rice. The response was rude and dismissive.

Because there were basically no options, I said “never mind” and started to leave—but something felt off. So I parked and walked toward the front door to verify.

As soon as an employee who appeared to be a manager (based on uniform) saw me walking up, he ran to the door and locked it in my face, despite the store clearly still being open. When I looked at him in confusion, he immediately walked to the back and refused to look up, essentially hiding while I stood there.

I took a photo only because of how unprofessional and unbelievable the situation was. While I was doing so, the manager looked up, noticed my phone, and began laughing with another employee about locking the door on me.

After leaving, I checked the reviews and noticed many others reporting very similar behavior, which makes this even more concerning.

This happened well before closing, not at the last minute. Completely unacceptable behavior, extremely rude staff, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this location at all.

This is the first time I experienced such noise in a panda. Just seemed the employees were extra loud today hollering or raised volume at each other. Pots and pans banging. I was just unconvertable today.
The food is normally hot and steamy, nevertheless today was not the case the food was lube warm and not very fresh.

Was pretty amazed by the customer service, as I did not go inside. They were extremely busy & still managed to accommodate my requests. Food was fresh, DELICIOUS, & absolutely devious with the ability to remain kind despite my tonal shift. Miss Hannah, Mr. Michael, & Miss Danielle were extremely helpful & understanding.

Yesterday I ordered a large ice tea with our meal, but was handed a warm drink with no ice at all. No explanation, no heads-up. Just a giant cup of tea like it had been sitting out. This has been the second time this has happened to me here.

I politely asked for ice and was met with a blank stare and then handed a tiny cup of ice – barely enough to cool off a toddler’s juice box. The worst part? The attitude. You would’ve thought I asked for a custom meal from scratch. The staff acted completely inconvenienced or as if I was trying to scam them out of ice, like I had thrown off their whole day over this one basic request. As soon as I poured the small cup of ice into the hot tea, it melted immediately.

If you’re going to serve tea with zero ice, at least don’t act like your customers are a problem when they ask to resolve an issue you created.

Ordered online on their website, was not told the lobby would be closed and that we’d have to go through the drive through. We get there at estimated time, they gesture us to go through the drive through, no other explanation. As a fellow food service worker, this is honestly kind of disappointing. No warnings or anything prior to ordering, expected to wait another 15-20 minutes in a drive through for food we ordered online and expected to just pick up. Who wants cold food over something like this? Sixty dollars of cold food. Honestly would’ve been fine had we gotten told “hey, lobby is closed go through drive through”. I get things happen but regardless of that, it’s the lack of communication that makes this situation matter in the end.

I was just in for dinner tonight and noticed that Alicia was super kind and polite with her attitude serving customers. As well, she kept herself busy with cleaning tables and the other areas when customers were not in line. Great personality and work ethic !
