I travel the world and have lived many other places besides Houston,TX. I’m not a super frequent Panda Customer but probably get it on average 10 to 25 times a year at most. I’ve first had this Panda location about 20 years ago now and I can’t rate it off of that because with these types of jobs the employees rarely last more than a few years if that. I remember I didn’t like an Asian lady that worked there about 10 years ago because she didn’t let me get away with my fake survey code that other Panda locations used to let me slide or didn’t bother to notice . Anyway I ordered from this particular location 3 different times recently. The first time delivery through DoorDash which was satisfactory. The second time online but for drive thru pick up and they forgot my super greens when I ordered half chow mein half super greens. They also didn’t compensate by filling the rest in with noodles they just left it empty so half portion noodles only. This time I ordered delivery because they offered free delivery and when it arrived I was disappointed. The portions were small, one of the pieces of chicken was inedible and super tough and chewy. Also they gave me a super small box for the third choice entree on the bigger plate which was the orange chicken. Not only was the orange chicken in a smaller box but the pieces were mostly all batter, shaped like a small piece of shrimp.

This location had the best food out of three locations I’ve been to lately. The orange chicken had the right amount of crisp on it and good fresh orange sauce. The fried rice really tasted good. I’ve had others before, but they lacked that little extra flavor that brought the flavor out. We ate out in the car like we always do due to not really liking crowds. We were given all the necessary tools and condiments we asked for. 2 thumbs up!

I drive for ubereats so I come on here multiple times a day and week. The staff always has the food ready and if not they are on top of asap. Sandra always has a smile on her face and will greet you even if a customer is right in front of her. It litterly takes 10 seconds to be nice and she does this daily! Thanks Sandra for always smiling!

⭐ Disappointed with the inconsistency
I usually don’t write reviews, but tonight’s experience deserves a mention. Picked up dinner for the family—two bowls and a plate from Panda Express. One of the bowls, meant for my daughter, was mostly cabbage with barely any noodles. It’s frustrating when you pay for a meal and the portions are so off.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed inconsistency here, and it’s disappointing that quality control seems to be lacking. When you’re feeding your family, you expect a certain standard. Hoping they tighten things up—because it’s hard to stay loyal when the basics aren’t right.

The food is good but the service is terrible. I place orders online to pick up from here from time to time so i understand the process of having to give the last 4 digits of a phone number to receive your order but sometimes it’s really okay to just listen to your customer.
I use two different phone numbers so I was unable to remember the phone number I used to place the order so I tried to confirm the order by showing that the order I placed on my phone literally had the same name and items on the order in front of us.
I understand you guys have to do your job but sometimes I think you have to remember you’re selling food and not uranium.
I ended up going back & forth with the manager for no reason when my food was already paid for and literally right in front of me. It feels so disrespectful to be treated as if I’m trying to steal something that was already paid for ONLINE. I’m sorry for being disrespectful & cursing at the manager but you guys honestly need to just LISTEN to your customers. WHEN A CUSTOMER IS ANGRY, DONT TELL THEM HOW THEY SHOULD FEEL!!

I recently visited Panda Express and overall had a good experience. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was fresh. However, I was disappointed with the Mushroom Chicken; it seemed to consist mostly of mushrooms with very little chicken. On the bright side, the Orange Chicken was absolutely delicious and is definitely the standout dish. I’ll be sure to order it again next time!

The food is getting worse at this location, which is either overcooked or undercooked. The rice had hard chunks undercooked, and their orange chicken was overcooked. The flavor is no longer there. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. To pay so much for this kind of service is crazy to me! I won’t be coming back to any Panda Express.

The server through the drive thru Andrea H was extremely rude. She had an attitude problem. We get home, we live 10min down the road, and for two plates we only got one package of silver ware and they didn’t put any teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken or provide the sauce for us to put on it. If you can’t give good customer service you should be fired
