place is packed during lunch hours. however they were taking their sweet time and the store just kept getting crowded and crowded. i think they could be a bit more efficient because the wait time is long and it’s not fun.

Sun 11:43am 3.1.26 I was the only one in line and the lady walks up with an empty white box. I thought it was for me but instead, I waited 2min for her to get an online order ready. It’s only 2min but c’mon. You should serve the person who’s actually there.

Overall, this place is great for quick fresh Chinese food. There are healthy options as well, which are equally as tasty. Staff is helpful and friendly overall. Food is fresh but sometimes you have to wait for it to be made (5-10 minutes tops). Good location but parking can be a challenge sometimes. Overall recommended.

Emanuel was the main person helping us out — we ordered a ton of beyond orange chicken and he got it to us super quickly and was so sweet. Thank you to everyone at this location for working so quickly and keeping standards up. Food was fresh and perfect!!

My only issue is they put so much dang cabbage in the lo mein. Everything else, from price, service, etc.. is great. The cabbage overload makes me eat here less.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my order today at approximately 10:30 AM at the #1682
Panda Express. My receipt is attached.
I ordered a Panda Bowl with white rice and Broccoli Beef. When I opened the order, it contained mostly white rice and broccoli, with only two or three very small pieces of beef. This does not meet Panda Express portion standards and does not reflect what I paid $9.20 for.
In addition to the food issue, I am deeply concerned about the treatment I received as a Muslim customer. Based on my experience at this location, I felt I was treated differently and unfairly compared to other customers present. Given the well‑documented issue of Islamophobia and racial bias in the United States, this experience raises serious concerns for me.
I am not making this statement lightly. Customers should receive equal service regardless of religion or ethnicity, and no one should feel disrespected, shorted, or dismissed when paying for food.

Staff was friendly and professional. Floor and all surfaces that customers touched were maintained very clean. Every customer coming in was greeted.

I have been ordering online and usually get the beef and broccoli which is always just broccoli with small broken up pieces of beef of any. I’ve tried ordering the string beans and chicken n it’s always all veggies. I’ve ordered diff things n they usually put rice under it then all veggies n no type of meat. I help giving them the benefit of a doubt but they never prove me wrong

This was the best panda express experience we have ever had. My six-year-old daughter wanted a zoo day for her birthday and to go to Buffalo wild wings. The Buffalo wild wings upstairs was permanently closed and we were very hungry so we just went to panda express instead. The manager and the rest of the team made her experience Extremely special. They took a very sad six-year-old to a very happy one. Thank you so much for the great experience. We wish we lived in town and could visit this location more! Thank yall so much for celebrating my little girl ❤️
