Definitely standing up the the ONE STAR reviews. This place is rude , most of the food was sold out and you will have to wait. It wasn’t packed at first and not one person said hello when we walked in. We stood there for a while until I said who takes my order and the man was so rude and points to a lady worker who was just as u professional. I haven’t ever been inside any of the locations until today always the drive thru and it really was terrible. They are unorganized and handed me someone else’s food I wasn’t pleased. I think the manager was doing the best she could do but the place is just falling apart. I do not suggest this location at all.

Ordered the plate with an extra entree of orange chicken due to a promo and the entire order was inedible. Over cooked over sauced food to try to cover up the dryness, the rice was hard, I found a piece of clear plastic in my orange chicken. Will definitely not be back to this location. Beltway location will forever have my business over this one.

Machna didn’t serve me well. I only had 3 pieces of meat on my plate, and I let her know and she said that’s how it was. I don’t think that’s the portion, just broccoli, because I’ve been to other pandas and it’s mixed with meat, and I paid for chicken and meat mixed with broccoli, not chicken and broccoli, and only 3 super small pieces of meat.

Ben is the manager on shift at 13415 E Fwy location Houston. All he did was argue with me and said that ALL of the beef is tiny pieces and it is measured and weighed. If I wanted better quality meat and quantity I would have to pay more. I expected to be refunded and comped my meal since I live 12miles away and was inconvenienced. He did not provide customer satisfaction. He did not want to refund my money(but did) and said he could remake the bowl but he told me that I still would not be satisfied. I showed him that the fresh beef and broccoli that had been cooked did not look like what I had brought back. His argument was, “well it’s cold and the beef will shrink to that size, so I don’t know what you want me to do.” When I kept repeating that I wanted my money back. Ben has no place in a management position and needs to be demoted and properly trained. Excuses aren’t solutions Ben. The pic on the left is what I was served. The pic on the right is what I have had before and is what I expected. Ben continued to tell me the Pic on the left is what is always measured, weighed, and served. If someone from the Panda Express Corp/ Customer service dept would reach out, I would Greatly appreciate it. Thank you. I also bought several items off the menu that day.

Only issue we had is one of the servers saw a family with 2 little girls there and they let them take off with some Panda Express gift boxes with a Panda inside the box or cup and didn’t say anything to the parents…

I came here for lunch and went through the drive through. The drive through was extremely long. I waited probably 15 minutes before I was able to finally order my food. I ordered the plate with the lo mein, Angus steak and orange chicken. The reason I rated the food 4 instead of 5 was because the steak was kind of dry. It doesn’t appear that way because of all the sauce they put on it but the meat itself was dry. Other than that, I have no complaints other than that extremely long wait.

Awful. They made a cub meal with the slightest portions. You could count the greens individually on the plate. One broccoli stalk, one slice of cabbage and one tiny piece of kale. The chicken barely covered the back portion of the plate and the noodles looked old. When I addressed it with Ben the manager he told me that was the portion. The plate looked like it had been someone’s leftovers. I know the motivation for not even correcting the dilemma. Will for sure not go to this location ever again.
