This is the WORST Asian food I have every tasted! The meat tasted out-of-date and looked like it was boiled. The fried rice tasted like it was a week old. I ordered the chicken mushroom and they decided to put zucchini in it, and I ordered the broccoli beef. The cardboard container must have been tilted because all the juices were coming out of it and the bag was delivered wet and sticky. To top it all off, it was expensive! I don’t mind paying a high price for what I want but I expect to get what I pay for. If you appreciate good food, DO NOT EAT HERE. I am not sure if this is true for all locations but I know it to be true for the UH main campus location. JUST AWEFUL!!

Excellent food in quality and teste.. mostly the string bean Chicken is too good with mix veggies.. reasonable price affordable to all like students also.. service is no nice little bit issue with sausage but overall all good …you can have it for lunch if you want small you can take it small.they have various sizes of plates..

The service is normal. You need time to wait in line especially because this location is in the student center. My order is always inconsistent. Sometimes it is hot and fresh and other times it is old and cold. They never seem to care. I don’t like how we are treated like students and not paying customers. My order often gets mixed up and priced more expensive than what it should be. The employees are nice and it isn’t their fault. The Panda Express team isn’t unformed. They definitely need a meeting to be put on the same page.

This location is a hit or miss. The employees are nice for the most part, but are always talking amongst themselves even when it’s very busy and seem to care more about their personal conversations rather than the customers. They run out of stuff very often and last time I had to wait 10 minutes for brown rice. Sometimes the food tastes really good, sometimes it’s cold & old, and pretty often the rice is not made correctly. As if they rushed to make it. I always get a bowl and sometimes they give a good portion of meat, sometimes it’s laughable.

Worst service ever. The black lady serving the food is always in a bad mood and barely puts any food on your plate. Also, the cashier messed up my order and charge me for two plates 🙁 . Now I have to wait 2 days for my money. They need to understand that as a college students some of us, count every cent to get by.

I got food one time at 12 o’clock and it was pretty good but then the next day when I went back, The food tasted good however my stomach felt really bad like upon eating it. About 50 minutes later I had to run to the bathroom because my stomach was upset I had close to diarrhea and threw up the rest

Worst experience ever! I took one bowl. The lady over there asked me my debit card even after the transaction was successful. Thus I was charged twice for a single bowl. Even after telling them what happened, they denied to pay back. Also, many times orange chicken is unavailable. Try to avoid this location if you can.
