The experience was not pleasant at all. The service was terrible 1hr and 30 minutes before closing, they were already saying, “What’s out is what you can get,” and there was barely anything out. They locked the doors early, talked badly about customers with them in the store, and cussing off the walls almost every sentence. Just not a good experience at all. The food was old-looking and tasting.

Today we ordered panda for a. Birthday gathering for the masses when we opened the bags and then the boxes we found that only 2 of our 3 orange chickens we ordered were there this is a problem it would have been ok if they gave us a blue or a red instead however this is not the case we where just short a chicken due to this the children in Africa are now starving because we do not have our chicken so in conclusion the missing chicken caused world hunger and a sad birthday party thanks a lot Panda Express # do better

Service was good. Dinning room was clean. All food choices were available with no wait times even though it was during “lunch hour” on a holiday weekend. Overall it was a very good experience; I was pleasantly surprised considering many of the ugly remarks I’ve read on the local rant page.

Placed an online order. Showed up at my pick up time. My order wasn’t reafy until 22 minutes after my expected pick up time! No soy sauce, no fortune cookie. Rude service. Place was a disaster. I saw employee after employee sitting at the tables taking breaks. Food all over the tables, floors disgusting. Worst Panda I’ve ever been to!

This is a chain restaurant, but I really liked it. Clean place, clean bathrooms, and the staff were helpful and in really good moods.

BUYER BEWARE
Went to this location and tried to get some lunch. It didnt end up that way. I asked Vergie if the Honey walnut Shrimp was fresh and told me that it just came up. I got another dish and left. I got outside to the traffic light and come to find out the Shrimp was not fresh and mushy. So after returning to the store and asking Vergie why she told me that, she started making a big scene in the store, raising her voice and acting very unprofessional. I had to get a refund and lost my lunch break and wasn’t able to have lunch because she didn’t know how to give a refund. I spoke with the GM today. She thought that offering me a free meal was the best thing to resolve the matter and was very polite. This is very common for this store and it’s employees. It’s very sad that panda is one of my favorite restaurants.But I can never eat there because of the poor service and poor management. I don’t want a free meal, just don’t want food thats been up there for an hour thats mushy. Also, when they brought out the new food, she put it in a dirty pan which I forgot to tell the GM because all she wanted to do was offer me a free meal which I don’t want or need.

Went to panda yesterday, they were out of orange chicken. They said it would be 8 minutes. They asked me what rice I wanted and they put it into bowls. I asked if they had something I could get just a little plain white rice in to keep my 2 yr. Old busy. They gave me a small approx 3″ tall container 2″x2″ wide with 1″ of white rice in it. They said they would bring it right out. 15 minutes later I noticed they were dishing out from the orange chicken to the line of ppl just came in. I walked up there my rice was still setting out. The orange chicken was almost gone. They said drive thru came first, then the customers standing in line.
When I got to the table the rice was dry. The chicken was cold. I checked the receipt and they charged over $5 for the small container of plain rice.

The food has been awful lately. The rice has been awful the last three times we’ve been. Nobody smiles, everyone looks miserable. Even the manager doesn’t speak. Customer service is non existent. I used to work for Panda Express and I know that’s not the standard. It’s sad to see. It’s not even worth the money anymore. I’ll wait for the location to open in Brownwood before I eat at this location again.
