First time trying this Panda Express location. The staff is very welcoming and the place is very clean. The food quality is consistent with other Panda Express restaurants, which my kids really like. We got the Cub Meal, Panda Bowl, and Plate. My younger son noted that his Cub Meal chicken was sliced particularly smaller than in any other P.E. location. That meant a lot to him. Thank you!

Very clean dine in I could eat off the floors! The food was immaculate more than I expected! The only negative the lady that checked us out seemed slightly agitated not at us the customer but just in general. Otherwise overall 5 stars and didn’t fail to deliver on anything! Sat in line for about 15-20 minutes around 7:30pm on a Thursday night. Boy at drive-thru was rude, didn’t even say hello to me or say thank you, ignored me when I asked for sauce. Received a burnt dried out chicken egg roll that clearly was sitting under the heat lamp for hours.. ew. Do better!!!

This location is horrible. I had 4 bowls using the new coupons they have out. They burnt my rice in all 4 bowls. When I return to get them remade the same day after being told to come back. They wouldn’t remake but 2 bowls stating that they couldn’t replace all 4. BUT, you served disgusting burnt rice and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I’ve eaten here before and the rice has been hard and not fresh. The resolution on this was wrong, I could say more but I’ll leave that to speak with corporate about. The way I was handled wasn’t correct and you took my money and didn’t provide what I paid for. Also, we were sick that night after eating this.

The most positive of the whole experience was at the end when we were trying to decide on getting one of the panda crafted beverages and the manager Amber was while helping with other stuff still found the time to acknowledge us and gave us samples so we can decide then after we paid she gave us a nice coupon too. Right from the start I really appreciated the person serving us how she made it clear right away that we will get the fresh sesame chicken since there was very little left and that she will first take the whole order and they will bring it to us after we pay. The bigger plate is amazing because it allows you so much variety with the 3 entrees!

My brother and I were in Grapevine just hanging out at the mall, checking out the stores and enjoying the day. After a while, we got hungry. He said Let’s go to Panda Express in Southlake
I told him No let’s go to the one near us in Fort Worth. It’ll be fresher and it’s only five minutes from home He reluctantly agreed so we went and got our food from Fort Worth.
We drove back home just a five minute ride and were ready But as soon as we opened the food… total disappointment! The food wasn’t fresh at all not even warm and it felt like nobody cared about it. It had no flavor nothing that made it appealing
It was around 8:30 PM the house was quiet and we were starving expecting something comforting and tasty Instead we got this sad, lukewarm meal that ruined our excitement We tried to heat it up a little but the mood was gone.

Absolutely the WORST PANDA EXPRESS I have ever had. I had to wait 10 minutes on the beef and broccoli, another 5 minutes on the walnut shrimp, which ended up being 12 minutes longer than the 5 minutes they told me. The lo mein was a 3 minute wait, and all that time I spent waiting on them to cook the food, the food was disgusting ! Nothing was cooked long enough, everything was rushed. The employees never offered me a drink for the long wait or anything. Panda use to give big servings, now it’s the bare minimum. Although this establishment is very clean and big in the inside, the food which is why customers come, is horrible ! I paid $28 for two plates, that my family and I couldn’t even eat. No taste at all, not cooked well (needed to cook longer), and small portions. The Panda Express in River Oaks would never!
