The day was Feburary 25th 2026 on a Tuesday afternoon at around 1.40ish p.m. Horrible service. I walked in and they didn’t greet me. I was waiting like 10 mins before a male walked in they greeted him immediately. The guy that greeted him was the on the just looked and me and didnt even acknowledge me. They literally attended to him immediately.I just left. All of the male employees were just talking loud like they were in the locker room and yelling about sports. It was like 5 of them barely doing any work but just yapping. Im going Doordash and they are just ignoring people. I would never come here again. As Im doing the review I rejected 3 Panada Doordash order.

Pandas soft opening was today 9/9 , the grand opening is 9/10. The drive thru is cash only today. I went inside and as expected there were a ton of employees getting trained. The line moved quickly
The food was hot but no fortune cookie with my lunch? I ordered Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken…. time to put this down and eat.
Editing my review: Dropping to one star. After eating the only two pieces of orange chicken that actually had chicken in them, I uncovered 20 or more random cashew sized hard fried left over breading chunks. I’m guessing someone used my plate to clean out leftovers in the pan. The fried rice was dry and tasteless, thank goodness for Soy Sauce, but I still only ate a few bites, you can only stand so much Soy Flavor. The best thing was the Walnut Shrimp and it was good. There are too many other places to stop for lunch. Maybe choose something else.
Sorry Panda, the Soft Opening today missed its mark. Good luck tomorrow.

Now the customer service here is shitty they rarely smile mind you I go 3 times a week
The portion size is very stingy
I rather drive and extra 30 minutes away to Mansfield location for portion size.
But the location is clean other than that don’t expect a friendly service get your food and go.

I came here on the second day of opening. Place was clean, I did not see any trash on the tables and food was very fresh with large portions. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. It was a lot of people but line was moving very quickly. Love the beyond orange chicken!! It was sooo good!!! I will definitely go back again!

Walking into the place and seeing the line wrap around with only 2 people in the front to work the dine in and drive-thru is not acceptable you going to wait at least 10 minutes to be served the food wasn’t even hot so had to go head and go to take it home and warm it up the money you pay is no where the amount of food you receive very displeased with everything about this location

Your new AI ordering system is horrible. It interrupts you constantly and is just an overall horrible experience. The woman at the window was nice, though.

I stoped at this location to get dinner before arriving home. I always get a bowl of chow mein and orange chicken or if they got sweet fire chicken. I’ve never had any problems at any location. But this one time… my bowl was almost half full. This bothered me because with how expensive food is now, how are you going to give a half full meal to a customer. Definitely not returning to this location.

I came in and ordered a family meal. Upon ordering the young “lady” name Hope treated me with such disrespect it was embarrassing. I asked her how her day was because she was showing clear signs of irritation that I was ordering food. She stopped mid order turned around and told someone else to finish my order because she was in a bad mood. The manager was kind but literally did nothing. She finished my order and apologized for the disrespect but Hope was standing to the other side of the line laughing. This place is a joke. The manager told me she has several problems with this person but she is still is employed. Treating people like crap for no reason is absurd. Hope is an entitled brat. I hope she is reading this and I hope you have the day you deserve.
