The ongoing issue at this location is the manager’s consistently negative attitude. He is routinely rude, impatient, and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for someone responsible for leading a team and representing the brand.

There is no greeting or basic customer interaction in the drive-thru—he simply waits in silence. When I use the Panda Express app to scan for rewards, he becomes visibly irritated, aggressively taps on the computer, and treats it as an inconvenience rather than a standard part of the transaction.

On a separate visit, I only had a $100 bill and was told they had no change. While I understand occasional limitations, it’s hard to believe a fast-food restaurant cannot break a $100 bill. The issue wasn’t just the situation itself, but the same dismissive and annoyed attitude throughout the interaction.

He never asks about sauces, throws them in randomly, and frequently forgets basic items like the fortune cookie. These repeated experiences show a lack of care and professionalism.

There is nothing wrong with Panda Express as a brand. The problem is the management at this specific location. Even though this store is only four minutes from my home, I now go out of my way to visit a farther location just to avoid dealing with this manager. That speaks volumes.

Well Stephanie at the window had a hard time hiding her facial expressions when she does want to do as requested.

I simply asked when the orange chicken was last refreshed. When I got to the window I confirmed that it would be fresh and I asked that it be wet.

She rolled her eyes she tried to hide it but looking at your reviews you would think the response could be better.

The better the reviews the more employees are needed but now I wanna go somewhere the lady in the window won’t roll her eyes simply because I do not want dry food

Ordered in drive thru. Was told to park in the front for honey sesame chicken that I ordered. 10 min later they bring the food out with said honey sesame chicken missing. Unfortunately I had already left.

How is it even possible that the drive-thru is backed up for what feels like an eternity? And then, when you finally get your food, it’s cold and disgusting! What on earth is the point of such a ridiculous wait? I don’t usually bother with reviews, but the mess they handed me was very unacceptable!!

Went through the drive-thru window after 9:00 pm and the girl who took our order was really nice. At that late hour, they didn’t have everything available. We got our food very quickly and we were on our way. Great experience.

The food was pretty good too (2 entree with Honey Sesame Chicken and Broccoli Beef and Chow Mein, 2 Kids Meals with Teriyaki Chicken and Chow Mein). My picky-eater kids ate up their meals.

I come here about every two weeks. It is a solid go to of mine. The reps there are always nice, and the food is always on point. My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp, with chow mein! What can I say? Lol

My Daughter love’s this location, and the manager Ms. Angie is the BEST SWEETHEART with a positive attitude. She’s sweet, kind, and has a Awesome attitude. She’s helpful with whatever you need with a great smooth drive-thru voice. Check this location out I give them a 10!

Food: 3/5 because the steamed veggies used to be really good but now they taste bland/bitter.
‍ Service: 3/5. The staff were friendly but they forgot one of my sides on my entree and I had to drive back to get it. I expected something for my trouble and wasted gas, but no such luck(free cookie or drink, large portion of the forgottenitem). At least the server was quick about it and had a good attitude.
Atmosphere: 2/5 not because of the actual store, but the abandoned Jack in the Box next door with the homeless/ squatters clues strewn about outside. Not Panda’s fault but it is part of the atmosphere
Receipt in pic shows price, and what was supposed to be inside. Was missing sesame chicken. They gave me the missing item in the small red takeaway box.

VERY INCONSIDERATE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , My 5 year old son has been diagnosed with Brain cancer so one of his symptoms is uncontrollable bladder, well let me tell you how this PANDA location doesn’t care ! This lady at the register told me I had to pay for something in order to use their bathroom. The lady at the register ran me up for a cup of water but charge me for the cup so the total came up to be $1.07. So I asked her after telling her my son diagnosed can he just please use the restroom so proceeds to tell me NO, I said okay thank you and walked out the door . Unbelievable! Whoever the owner of this establishment is needs a serious adjustments especially for kids ! SMH PLZ DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE !
