A very average Chinese takeout experience. Food quality is generally good, although you’ll occasionally encounter something overcooked or tasting a bit “off”. Rarely have I had a miserable experience here, though the price is way overcharged for what is essentially a heaping of rice, noodles or vegetables, plus two scoops of protein. For $11 you can go to an actual Chinese takeout restaurant and they’ll pack your takeout box to the point of being overfilled. Expect to wait for certain dishes. They either run out and it takes them awhile to prepare for something that the last few customers ordered, or they’re required by health safety to dump food that’s sat out for X amount of time. It’s generally a good sign that they’re preparing fresh food, although it can also be a frustrating wait. The drive thru is generally quick, but if you’ve ordered something they have to cook be prepared to pull around and wait for an unforeseeable amount of time, anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. Inside the place keeps up clean appearances and you have a clear view of the cooking area, which is good. Still, this is mid-tier Chinese food at best. You come here when you’re looking for something that isn’t a hamburger or chicken sandwich in a rush, but for the wait you sometimes encounter it’s probably better to just go to a proper Chinese restaurant instead.

If I could give it a 0 I would. The person in the kitchen was on his phone. Mind you many bowls of food were empty. I could count like a good 3-4 of them. We wanted honey walnut shrimp which was empty and the cashier told me it would be a 5-6 minute wait and so we waited. The wait was around closer to 10 but it’s understandable as the cook was finally catching up on all the empty bowls. Once the shrimp was ready we went up to order but there was a guy on standby looking at the menu and the little girl told us to wait and my mother told her how so if we were waiting for a while. She had this nasty attitude after my mom spoke up. I get it, i was 14 at one point and working as a cashier at a fast food place as well but that doesn’t mean throwing the spoon and having a nasty attitude is acceptable. And the food wasn’t as good as when other staff is there working. We always go here so this was utterly disappointing. Shoutout to the girl in the drive through, as she seemed as the only one who was actually putting in effort and energy.

Arrived 10:12am was told 6 minutes for Orange chicken and 35 MINUTES for steamed rice. Would you ever hear, “Hi welcome to chick fil a! Oh, fries are a 35 minute wait, 12 minutes after opening for lunch!” ?
I’m writing this review at 10:29am, still sitting in the drive thru.

What a miss.

Stopped here for lunch today while we were in the area. I saw billboards for their new Blazing Bouron Chicken and wanted to try it.
The flavor was good with just the right amount of spice.
The employees here were friendly and respectful, and the restaurant and restroom were clean.

The food is tends to be fresh but super greens is more like super broccoli and if asked not to get all broccoli you’ll get a slight attitude and they act like it’s a hassle . With being on a calorie deficit I have to make adjustments and when I order super greens I want super GREENS. And not a chopped version if I get greens .

Ignore all the negative reviews. Edselle the manager absolutely stacked my plate up with meat! I will be back. For 12.50 I got a bigger plate with probably 3x the meat of a chipotle bowl.

A group of 6 of us went on Sunday, March 23, 2025 shortly after they opened at 1115am. We may have been the first people in. The food looked great but it was horrendous! I think it had been sitting for over an hour. The black pepper chicken was raw and cold, the Bejing beef was soft and not crispy like it was sitting there. Cheese rangoon so cold they were terrible could not even eat them. The orange chicken must have been the freshest was ok but cold too. Even the steamed rice was terrible, must have been from the night before. On top of it all as we were sitting trying to eat it the cashier came up and said the charge did not go through and they made us pay again and said if you happened to get charged twice just come in and we will credit you. Well, guess what? We had two charges on credit card when we got home. So had to drive 15 miles the next day to get our charge card credited. No coupons for meals for our inconvenience, no sorry, not even a free soda, nothing and then they were questioning the charge because we donated a dollar on the first meal and the receipts were $68 and the 2nd one $67. Finally got it settled but I think this is the last time we get a crappy, cold meal from Panda Express again!

Significantly smaller serving size than a year ago (maybe 60% of what it used to be). Entrées were mostly vegetables with almost no meat. I had to complain to manager to get a few more pieces of steak. The woman in line behind me had to go back and complain about her food too. Not good.
