My black pepper steak had 4 mushrooms, 1 piece of onion, and all of my broccoli looked like this! Did they get high and accidentally throw away the edible pieces? Barely any steak for an upcharged item and it was CHEWY! I rarely crave Panda Express and I think this may be why! I will be sticking to only eating Panda when at the casino in Oklahoma.

I think corporate would be shocked to taste the way they cook things here. Old fry oil they don’t change out often enough, skimping on regular spices (I assume to save money?). The franchise owner really needs corporate to pay a visit because it’s consistency awful quality, and at $13 now for a regular plate, this just isn’t a good look for Panda, or a good time for any customers. The bad rating here from so many people is not a coincidence. They do in fact suck at making Panda Express.

I made a $85 order this evening, My noodles were mushy and no taste, The kung pao chicken was extremely spicy not like the normal I always get, and tasted burnt. Also the premium steak tasted burnt. I eat at this pandas, and it is normally great but tonight it was horrible like everything we ate was scrapped from the bottom of the wok or sat in the warmer for hours I am very disappointed, I work very hard to treat my family out once in a while, I feel my hard earned money was not with tonight’s dinner. Also who helped me a male Asian, was not nice. Sad I wish I could get at least half my money back

Husband and I come here ALL the time. Love this store! Staff are always super nice, food is always fresh and hot.
Today I guess corporate was in store doing a walk through. And this blonde woman couldn’t have been meaner. I understand businesses have expectations but there’s a way to speak to people you work with. And what we witnessed today was not it. I hope the gentleman who runs this location is proud of the work he does. And that she gets some retraining.

Unfortunately even the fresh made order of Kung pao was very watered down and just tasted soggy and gross. My wife got string bean chicken and she said it was not seasoned and watered down as well. Then my sons order of orange chicken was overwhelmingly orange flavored and the breading was soggy. So all in all very gross food here.
Next order of business the staff was just so distracted with the drive through they kept asking what we wanted since they forgot multiple times when we told them what we wanted and kept trying to put chow mein on my plate when I asked for fried rice 3 times. Then we asked for a table to be cleaned and she said they are too understaffed and it would be a long time. They never went and cleaned one and we were there for 40 minutes. They had 5 team members and no one could take care of it. The inside had us and 2 other people already seated and given their food so no excuse there. Not many people in line too.
Lastly the place was just disgusting all tables dirty except the handicap table. The trash cans were overflowing all throughout the restaurant and the bathrooms were dirty.
Clearly in need of new management.

I ordered this bowl of orange chicken and chomein. Drove 30 minutes home. When I did get home I noticed there was almost 0 chomein.
At first I tried to eat it anyways, but it’s mainly cabbage and green onions. Decided to call back asking for a refund, having the receipt. They told me they can’t do refunds over the phone, after they had also just told me there’s no manager on shift.
I was really polite and nice hoping that would get me somewhere-before and after ordering, but it didn’t. If you eat here just prepare to be disappointed.

Went back to this location to redeem my free 2 item plate I received from thier cooperate office cause I had a bad experience with them. Went back thinking going during lunch hours the food might of been just a little better?? But alas it was pretty much the same :(!!! Probably will not go back to this location anytime soon…

Been waiting over 30 minutes for a single plate of food, asked me to pull around while they made black pepper chicken, should only take 6 to 7 minutes. Took over 20 minutes after that to get my order.
