Don’t bother ordering online to try and make a quick stop to pick the order up. Ordered through the Panda Express app, said order would be ready at 2:00. I get there at 2:03, orders not ready. I didn’t receive my food until 2:13 after watching the staff prioritize the people ordering in person. I wasn’t even asked the name for the order until I had already been waiting for 10 mins. This isn’t a one-off either as the same thing happened about a month ago. Food was ok, small portions as usual.

My husband ordered the Beijing beef since they didn’t have teriyaki chicken and got veggies since they didn’t have fried rice. After just an hour and a half he got food poisoning. He’s been puking in pain and on the toilet. Also my husband called them to let them know that he got sick and the lady said it can’t be their food. We told her that its the only meal he has today and they did not even apologize and didn’t resolve the issue. I have worked at Panda Express and have ate at multiple locations with great customer service and have to temperature check all of their food. This location should be closed down. Very disappointing.

Horrible customer service, I ordered a Door Dash order and it was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes, surprise, they tell me that my order is not ready. The DT employee was too rude and ordered me to go park. I don’t understand how the manager says that she makes $8,000 a day if she has terrible service, I’m never going back, hopefully they change the manager and the employees.

Went through drive through and was told that it would take 5 minutes and to wait by door they would bring my food out. I waited 12, and they were waiting on me to come inside to get it so they wouldn’t have to come out. When they did bring it out it was cold.

Took for ever to be waited on, looks like there drive-thru takes priority over dine in. As for the food it was on the blend side and hardly any flavor or color compared to other locations, the chicken was not cut up in small pieces. Will not be eating here again anytime soon.
