Added note: no soy sauce after I requested it before my long wait. :
Additonal note: Older lady at front counter was very friendly though and she should be commended. Didnt get her name.
I ordered food and asked for delivery and when I didn’t recive my food they choose to tell me right to my face that it’s my fault I didn’t receive it then hung up on me as I was trying to ask for them to give my money back.
They’re a bunch of thieves and I don’t think anyone should trust this establishment with their money.
They also refused to answer the phone after I tried calling back. I hope this place gets run down to the ground and goes bankrupt. They have no business being a place where they steal people’s money for good
Portions are large when dining and it’s a fair value.
How does a Chinese restaurant run out of rice during lunch? Small portions. Not fresh. Almost entirely unappetizing vegetables. $11.50 and I left hungry.
I live in Chicago. Visiting my 13 year old daughter here in DFW and staying at a hotel just down the street from this Panda location.
What a great way to end our first night here in Texas. Lidia just kept a smile on our faces and gave our first day a great ending!
Thank you Lidia!! And Panda… Give her a freaking raise! Seriously… You don’t know what you have right now in that restaurant!
