If you go to this location, go inside so they give you better food and better portions. If you go through the drive thru, they give you crappy portions and “chow mein” that is primarily onions and cabbage. They didn’t even get my order right. I ordered half chow mein/half super greens + orange chicken and firecracker steak & shrimp, they gave me all chow mein and honey walnut shrimp that tasted old. I didn’t know until i got home and opened the box. Picture is the chow mein I received with a giant chunk of cabbage twice the width of my fork. I always get better food when I go inside.

The doors were locked before close, they made me order at the drive-thru, took forever to get service and when I did the staff was super rude. Always another Panda do not recommend this one.

Long work day, starving, haven’t eaten in 13 hours, pulled up to the only decent open drive through, thanking my lucky stars it’s open till 11pm.
I’m only one car back from the squawk box, seriously, must be my lucky day right?

Another car pulls in behind me, boxes me. No sweat, it’s Panda, they got this…

They didn’t. 10 minutes into Boxing Day, the line finally moves one car, I get to the box, auto lady gets overridden by male voice saying he will be with me in 5-7 MINUTES.

What drive through takes 20 minutes to move 1 car and take an order?

This is how the world ends. Not with a bang, but with never taken orders and mile long drive throughs.

I’m going to preface this review by saying that I’m not the biggest fan of Panda Express, BUT if this cook/manager? is making the food, I’ll come every time.

My husband loves Panda Express, so I’ve been to more locations than I could count on both my hands. Almost every time, their items are either not sauced enough or overly sauced and too sweet. There was never a happy medium, hence me not liking it.

Well, one day after a doctor’s visit, I actually requested we eat at this specific Panda Express because it was close, and we were pressed for time, plus it’s one of the hubs’ favorites.

I was not expecting much since we’ve eaten at Panda so many times. I get my usual-fried rice, walnut shrimp, and decided on a new dish, the sesame chicken.

I noticed the Fire Cracker shrimp and asked if I could sample one. I guess with the pandemic, they don’t do that anymore? I was fine wth that. Inflation is killing everyone. The person behind the counter scooped a few into my plate anyway. I thought it was very nice of him.

Hubby and I sat down to eat, and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was well-seasoned and cooked well. The rice wasn’t undercooked nor dry. The sauce wasn’t gloopy, and the items we had were not over-sauced.

I tried the firecracker shrimp that he scooped into my plate, and my eyebrows shot up. Hmm, it’s not sweet. That was a pleasant surprise for me, as I don’t like to eat a lot of sweet foods in my meals, so I had my husband go back and order a side of fire cracker shrimp and abandoned my sesame chicken, also not bad but was sweet.

After a pretty satisfying meal, I had to take a picture of the person who I assumed made the food, and made a mental note that if he was making it the next time, my meal might taste okay.

I ordered a 2 entre plate with fried rice/orange chicken/beef broccoli. The broccoli was very big chunks and after I’d eaten 2 of the florets I noticed there was only one tiny piece of beef. The rice was sticky but the orange chicken was ok. I also ordered an egg roll which looked like it was yesterdays leftover. It was not good. I was also not offered sweet and sour sauce, I thought it would’ve been in the bag with the egg roll. It was not. It was 8:00 in the evening and raining or I’d take it back.
I rarely write reviews but felt this dinner needed one.

It’s a chain that serves Asian inspired food(nicest way to put it). I ordered “The Plate” which is two sides(I chose fried rice and chow mein) with the latter being the only one seasoned at all. I also ordered beef and broccoli (look at the picture and show me where the is beef) and orange chicken that was mostly just fried breading. I am normally much less hostile when it comes to chain restaurants, but this place is just horrible. Everyone do yourself a favor and skip this place because the food sucked and my stomach currently is hosting a cage fight. The spring rolls tasted like it had been stepped on by a barefoot homeless that just walked a mile through the mud.

Rarely do they get an order right. Not sure why I keep giving them chance after chance. Won’t be back to the Debbie/Matlock location after this time. We ordered a triple (bigger) plate of string bean chicken with steamed white rice and this is what we got. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she asked for the order number which can’t be read.

It’s worth the extra drive time to just go to to the location off of 287/Walnut Creek in Mansfield.

What is with the AI ordering? Terrible idea. Why? Takes longer to order. Moving on, ordered the honey walnut shrimp. Whole lot of rice, 5 shrimp, very very dry, shrimp and rice.
Ordered the orange chicken panda cub meal, was cutting up the chicken and IT’S UNDERCOOKED. I can’t give that to my grandchild!! NOT. HAPPY! Returning to this location will not be happening.
