I ordered half fried rice and half chow mein. The receipt is correct but when I opened my box I had a bed full of vegetables? I already had to wait for shift. Which i didn’t mind.. but now im at work with the wrong food.

Phenomenal service & attitudes today, had some diatary restrictions with my party, & the staff happily assisted with making our meal a success. DESPITE having many online orders pouring in, (must’ve been a ballgame? Haha) They handle everything like top-notch professionals, even immediately greeting us & offering to make our food first thing. I was happy to wait & seeing them work the Onlin orders was facinating. Very excellent execution to view as a customer, very thankful we chose to wait.. would’ve never realized how much they get done here. From kitchen, to the line, lobby & Management @ 2pm.. the teamwork was amazing & all together they made it look easy. Great vibes in the lobby, clean, tidy just like always great work you guys, keep it up!

My recent visit to Panda Express was fantastic, and a big part of that was thanks to the manager, Justin. From the moment I walked in, he greeted customers warmly and made sure the dining area was clean and well-organized.

Justin ensured that my order was perfect and even took the time to ask if everything was to my liking. His professionalism and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere.

With managers like Justin, it’s no surprise this Panda Express location runs so smoothly. I’ll definitely be returning for both the great food and the excellent service!

Hanna was very friendly. She made sure she got our orders right by repeating it and was very accommodating. I loved the orange chicken and Beijing beef. Very fresh and I will be sure to visit this location again just because of Hanna and the service!

Is you ever thinking to get pandas don’t go to this location drive through terrible service take about 15 to 20 min. Customer service on the service at window gets worst people that they not happy at their work or don’t have good service attitude to be at the customer service area like a drive through or taking orders ether at the window or in should give them this position. Buy the way I ask for two hot sauce for my plate and he gave me 30 packages as a joke but thank you I will trash it for you ., for for the chef, I won’t lie the food specially orange chicken and fried rice was on point I think that’s the only thing it will help this restaurant to keep the business running at least the chef doing the perfect work or love what he is doing.

Ive been going for the past two weeks. The past 3 days ive gone. Just for teriyaki chicken. They. Are. Always. Out. :(.

Ive walked out because I cant wait. Its just so busy its hard to always get what you want. No one’s fault, but it does leave disappointment.

However, Julia, Xander, Tristian, and Xavier. Sorry if the names are wrong. Have tried their best to take care of me every time.

It’s a hit or miss. But the food ain’t bad.

The second time I’ve been to this Panda Express carry out. Got my food in a bowl mainly rice. 2 scoops of the main course is all looked at the egg rolls. The vegetable egg rolls, they looked way overcooked. They looked horrible. I’ve never seen egg rolls. Look that bad. I told the girl and she said she was sorry. I told her she should throw them out.

Just had a horrible experience at this location. I am a huge fan of Panda Express but after my visit today at drive thru, I am highly disappointed.

While in the drive thru waiting for them to hand my food over, I had to endure watching and listening to an employee blow his nose 4 times while standing over the sink. Employees should NEVER blow their nose in front of a customer. Once he finished, he walked away without washing his hands (at the sink). Then he immediately started making his food. He did put on gloves but hygiene at food establishments still requires (or should to wash your hands.

I told the drive thru lady/girl to go tell him to wash his hands. She never did. I don’t think she wanted to get involved with the other employee.

So I went inside to return my food and get a refund in which I told another employee what the issue was. Their response was “but he’s making his own food.”

I’m sorry, it doesn’t matter who’s food you are making. WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER SPREADING GERMS FROM YOUR NOSE. Do anyone disagree with this?

My wife lost her appetite after watching him immediately start making his food using the large spoons at Panda.

Refund was a hassle but not applicable to this review.

Last night I waited for over an hour stuck in the drive through because of the lay out waiting to order two entrees. When I finally got to the window the employee had no idea what my order was. I was asked to wait 5-7 additional minutes for chow mein and I agreed to it. I paid for my food. 5 minutes later another employee asked me to park and wait for my food. 10 more minutes went by and a different employee walks out without the food, asks what my order was supposed to be, took my receipt, walked inside and brought the food back out. He didn’t say have a good night or apologize for the longer than necessary wait time. He literally said nothing. When I got home, not only was there sauce spilled in the bag, the food was cold, the chow main that I parked and waited an additional 10 minutes for after already waiting an hour for wasn’t in the container. They gave me fried rice instead. There weren’t fortune cookies or silverware in the bag. I am beyond upset at how horribly this was handled. I paid nearly $30 and this is the worst experience I’ve had. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

It’s understandable when a place is in a rush orders can be slow however a piece of advice to anyone that tries the mobile app to place an order in advance ….. Don’t do it!!!

It’s best to walk in and have them make the order or go through the drive through. My order was suppose to be ready at 510pm and I did not walk out until 530pm.
