Alexis was amazing tonight. We had an issue that one out of three of our orders did not make it to the restaurant. She worked with my spouse (who was picking up the order) to prepare what we needed and resolve our issue. Kudos to Alexis!
Food: (see picture) We ordered one plate and two bigger plates and a side of rangoon (3 pieces). Two adults and four tweens/teens ate this with no leftovers. It was nice to have more variety than the Family Meal.

You know, during CoVID, they couldn’t keep the string bean chicken in stock. Well, it’s there every time. Dishes were full and hot. We have discovered if we order the 3 entree extra plate and split it, it’s cheaper than a bowl or a kid plate. First time to have the pepper chicken. It was so good. Hubs had the fried rice and Beijing Beef. We live where there is a Panda void, so to be in town and find a GOOD Panda is such a treat!

I understand lunch rush can be hectic but that does not give anyone working the drive thru the right to rush when there’s no cars behind me. I waited in line for almost 30 minutes then you can wait 5 for me to give you my order without interrupting me with each word i say. I’ll let you know if there’s anything else to be added to my order. Management seriously needs to do better on training their employees.

My daughter and I ate at this location today and all of the food looked as though it had been sitting for hours. Everything was dry or half empty. I asked for a sample the lady act like I was asking for her kidney or something. She stayed they don’t give them out since when? All of the other locations give them upon request of course. I had to wait on the black pepper chicken to be made and the chow mein she tried to serve was the scraps from the bottom of the bowl which is nothing but veggies. This location has not been the same for a while I don’t know if it’s new manager just the workers but it is not good. This use to be my go to location but I think I will continue to drive to the other location on SE Green Oaks.

Upset my stomach. been in this location many time. now it happen. food look old and taste sour and very dry. iam order honey shrimp and chicken teriyaki. they keep change cooker that make quailty down bad. location at park mall do alot better.

I ordered online. The new sesame shrimp and beef. So many empty bowls on the food line. They said give them 6 minutes to make the before mentioned food. Once it was done she said now it’ll be 6 more minutes to make more chow mein. At this point my order said it was completed 15 minutes ago online. Wendy refunded my money and said it would be 5 to 7 business days to receive my actual refund. I don’t know if they’re having a bad day, but I need to get it together.

I placed an order for pick up through their app for this location. They literally served everyone ahead of me in the store and run out of the items I have ordered. Waited 45 minutes before they completed my order! For an online order! No apologies about the order being 45 minutes or maybe a free appetizer or drink while I waited perhaps? This was a display of poor management and customer service.
