Their food is usually great, but it was very dry everything was dry. The veggies were very old like if they were from yesterday. The chicken didn’t have no taste & dry. The shrimp was burned and hard!! I was very disappointed today !! My kids could eat their meal we had to throw it all away..

I’m going to leave up my initial review I did two years ago, but I’m editing to add today’s experience. Maybe they can once again achieve a good review. Today, however, it was not good! The lobby is still closed?! Come on… So I go through the drive through and the entire left side of the menu including pricing is gone. I order to the best of my ability considering half the menu is missing and it’s been a minute. The girl at the window asks if I want sauce and I ask what kind there is. She turns her back, grabs my order, hands it to me and says, “Thank you, have a nice day. ” And walks away. It’s dry, it’s not spicy like advertised. I’m having to eat in my car. So, I doubt I’ll be back for more dry, drive- through- only lunch.

We use the app religiously to earn the rewards. We upgraded my brothers plate from a bowl to a plate with one of our reward redemptions, but he still received the bowl and a tiny entree instead of the plate we redeemed online.

Over the years, Panda Express has been a reputable place for take out dinners. Now I believe the take out dinners are becoming less desirable on portions of meat on the entrees. I ordered a double entree of beef and brocolli/ white rice/and chichen egg roll. Below is what i received going thru drive thru. I was very disappointed with my meal. If your not listening to the customer on reviews, then what are you doing to improve the situations at hand?

Late in the afternoon, places a little busy. Places needed to be cleaned up a bit, wet floors and tables needed to be wiped down. Drink area needed to be cleaned and organized. Service was good, friendly staff and helpful. Food served fresh and hot.
