Ive been coming here for past couple weeks just moved into area and my past experiences were good. Today however I felt like I was being dismissed when I ordered. I asked the girl serving me to please not add so much vegetables in noodles and beef. In the past the server gave me minimum amounts of vegetables. Today the server I felt like she just brushed me off when I asked her and proceeded to give me way more vegetables with my food. I understand it is mixed but she could’ve put a little effort in.

The food tasted fresh and full of flavor. Definitely better than any other location I’ve been to. Employee Josh gave amazing customer service, I’ve never expected his kind of customer service from any regular fast food restaurant but he went above and beyond. Super hard worker I’m sure the company is very lucky to have! Only thing is that it was really hot inside the restaurant, felt like they didn’t have the A/C on.

Absolutely terrible. Multiple bugs in my food, hair, even NAILS. I cannot STAND the sight of this place anymore. I was excited to take my kids out to this place just to be met with absolutely disgust. NEVER come here. They were openly racist to my children and husband and the manager was just as bad. Constant disgusted looks towards my family and I, did nothing about the bugs in our food, and nothing about the racism. I’ll never set foot in this place again. EVER.

Drive thru order, broccoli beef was being made fresh and I was asked if I wanted to wait 5 minutes. So I paid, pulled forward into a parking spot and waited about that amount of time. Young man brings to my car confirming I was waiting on the broccoli beef. Drove home opened the container and there were 8 pieces of broccoli and absolutely zero beef. Called and asked for my money back. No manager to speak with so if I wanted a refund I had to come back. Refunds are only done on the same day. So I took back the food and in 3 to 5 business days I’ll get it credited back to my card.

This is a 0 star but just wanna say that service is terrible ordered a plate with brocoli beef fried rice and the shrimp on the box and gave me rice and brocoli that is not even enough very terrible mangaement and terrible training really needs improvement on the customer service
