Panda Express is always a solid choice when you’re craving quick, tasty Chinese-American food. The orange chicken is consistently the star — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and covered in that sweet, tangy glaze everyone loves. The fried rice and chow mein are both flavorful and filling, and the portion sizes are generous for the price.
The service is usually fast, and the staff keeps the line moving smoothly even during rush hours. The restaurant is generally clean, and the setup makes it easy to see all the dishes before you choose.
The only reason it’s not five stars is that the food can sometimes be a bit greasy or not as fresh if you come during slower hours. Still, when it’s made fresh, everything hits perfectly.
Overall, Panda Express delivers exactly what you expect — quick, satisfying comfort food with a little kick.

Overall I’ve had a good experience with this location. The food is ok for the price and the service is ok.
I recently ordered delivery from this location and my broccoli from the super green had mold on it.
Please be careful when eating here.

After a long day of work, stopped by to get food to take home and after a few bites I bit into something hard and it was a metal wire. Drove back up to restaurant and spoke with the manager who was extremely professional. Processes need to be put in place so this doesn’t happen again.I work in the medical field and if these metal shaving are ever swallowed/consumed it would have a horrific outcome not to mention whatever bacteria is harbored on the metal brushes they use to clean.

Ordered through the app and selected “in store pickup” but they made me go stand outside in the cold while they finished my order. “The orders are on the other side” but that’s just the other side of the wall, in the open kitchen they’re already in. I had to go back for the teriyaki sauce because they forgot it. You’d think teriyaki sauce was a scarity, some 16th century spice, carried over on Galleons by Conquistadors returning with the spoils of conquest to their kings, a rariety the likes of which the common folk will nay but dream to experience. Maybe this is tariffs? That would explain why the container for the side order was as tall as a deck of cards. Shrinkflation? Greed? Pestilence? Horror. Why does every panda express location withhold Teriyaki sauce? If you don’t give the sauce, it’s not chicken teriyaki, it’s just chicken and rice.

Driving through and saw panda in a really nice building and we got here right when they opened on 12-7. The food was all from the night before you could tell was like warm, chow mein was mush all the veggies were soggy and clump together and are shrimp n chicken were crispy but in the way that u knew it was left overs and not fresh!! The employees were super nice and friendly!! Just need to be prep on how to make fresh food!!

Most of the staff were very attentive and friendly. My broccoli was almost raw and the kung pao chicken had so many of the dried red chilies in it that the uncooked chili heat burned the back of my nostrils and was incredibly uncomfortable. I couldn’t eat it. The teriyaki chicken was tender, but parts of it looked slightly gray, and some of it didn’t taste quite so fresh. My friend had a guava mango tea, which she really enjoyed, and I had a peach flavored drink that was really quite good. I complained about the one dish that was too hot to eat and they offer me a replacement. Attention to detail could be had. The store was mostly clean, so that was a good thing.

I had never had a complaint about this location but three days ago it was very sad to see how they think a customer won’t notice leftover food. I was planning on buying 2 adult meals plus a cub meal. But I was hesitant to buy it because the food didn’t look fresh and clearly the kitchen was not used at all. I saw clean frying woks and utensils. Not a single signal that the kitchen had been used. So I bought just the cub meal. Sadly I was right about my hunch. The chow mein was hard and cold. I immediately returned the food and the lady said “Do you like fresh meal?” obviously everyone wants fresh food I said. She answered she can cook for me if I wanted to wait 20 min. I wasn’t gonna wait because it was clear that it wasn’t gonna take only 20 minutes.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but my recent visit to the Dallas location was disappointing. I tried to order the 3-entrée meal, but the server only gave me two entrées. When I politely asked about it, she seemed confused and acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. Instead of clarifying or fixing the order, she just set the meal on the counter and walked off, leaving me unsure what went wrong. I honestly don’t know what I could have done differently — I was clear about what I wanted. The food itself was fine, but the lack of communication and customer service really took away from the experience. To top it off, they seemed to be in a hurry to close… even though the restaurant wasn’t supposed to close for another hour. While eating my meal with my family, we watched the kitchen crew slip and sliding in sudsy water attempting to break down the kitchen while trying to handle what seemed to be an unexpected crowd of customers.

Placed an order for crispy sesame beef and shrimp for an extra $1.49 and got orange chicken instead. I’ve been calling and no one is answering the phone. My fault for not checking my order because I just got off a 10 hr shift.
Orange chicken is literally one item I would never order.
