Located right in the heart of convenience, this place has always been a favorite of mine. But lately, I’ve noticed a few problems with the staff, especially the cashiers. In the past, I could get in and out in 5 to 10 minutes, but now things have changed.

Placed a mobile order for pick up. After waiting past to pick this up, I get home to missing 2/3 of my main dish. Store doesn’t answer if you call it’ll go to their voicemail. And customer service has done nothing. Also of course I did double “premium” so a extra $3-4 for just those two sides.

I am not a fan of Panda Express on its good days, but yesterday was not one of those good days. Our teriyaki chicken breasts were thighs, served with broccoli that crunched like it was as raw as the cabbage bed it was served over. If you are going to roll veggies in grease you should at least cook them a little. Our Orange chicken was cut into such tiny bits, it was more breading and sauce pebbles with chicken centers. The honey walnut shrimp were tasty but not deveined very well. The chow mein undercooked and utterly bland and the rice side had never met salt or soy sauce to give it any flavor at all. The egg rolls were so greasy the bag they were in could have been squeezed out to fry more. The cream cheese rangoon were SUPER, but no sweet and sour or even soy sauce was provided for dipping. Very disappointing overall. I prefer freshly made to order Chinese rather than food service that resembles filling a to go plate from a second rate buffet. Gave them another shot, but they came up short again. Still not a fan.

Feel terrible leaving a bad review since I’ve always had such good experiences but this Gracielle girl cant keep treating people like she’s better than them. Food was good, didn’t get the chance to order something I really enjoyed unfortunately due to a very rude, impatient worker who shook her head at me and passed me along when I asked her opinion. My husband and I could not understand why asking which dish she liked better was a reason to stop serving me and be rude but apparently, I am SUCH an inconvenience in the less than 5 minutes I was there with only 1 person in line behind us. If my husband wasn’t so hungry I would have walked out, luckily the girl working with her was super super nice and could see I was a little caught off guard by her reaction and made the experience a bit better.

Joshlynn is a terrible employee and from the looks of it does not like her job. While behind the line instead of helping serve, this young lady was on her phone, touching her face and clothing, then back to handling food. Not one time did she help the only working taking orders and fixing food. She then leaves the line to go get a drink and get on the phone. At this point there are 10 or so people waiting some of which left without food. Please get rid of her so many other people could use the job and be happy.

I ordered the mushroom chicken and orange chicken. I did half & half with the fried rice and noodles. The mushroom chicken had 2 small bits of chicken, and 2 small cubes of zucchini. Absolutely zero sauce, not that it would have even mattered. And to make it worse, the serving size was so small that I wouldn’t even call it a small child portion. The “chowmein” noodles were practically raw and extremely dry. Definitely inedible. I couldn’t watch them make my plate because they ran out of several dishes and were making plates and called people up after filling the orders, they were bagged up, otherwise I would not have excepted it. I attempted to call 3 times and no one answered the phone. If I lived closer I would have taken it back and got a refund. I won’t be going back, at least not to this location.

I am a big fan of panda. Sadly, this is the nearest location to me and it sucks every time I go. They already are at a loss with not having a drive-through like most other locations which could be overlooked. If literally anything else was good, but that’s not the case. If you go at lunch or dinner time, expect to wait at least 20 minutes in a long line being that no one working there seems to have a sense of urgency and moves extremely slow. To pair with that almost every single person working there is extremely rude, and seem like they would rather be anywhere else but their job that they applied for and chose to come to. Oh your food will not be that great. Good luck at them getting your order right and don’t even ask for sauce. You could ask several times and you still might not get them. Has happened multiple times. Am over it….will avoid this location and just deal with driving farther if I choose Panda. Super inconvenient and just all around a day ruiner. EW! To anyone that works here and sees this if you don’t like your job, then don’t work there….Needs help with management structure bad!

I myself have not received any bad customer service at this location! I just went in tonight and the people were very kind and welcoming even when met with a rude customer in front of me. For me especially for this location panda is one of my first options to go to after a long day at work. Personally I think this location needs to start excepting card and cash tips.
